Staff is looking forward to welcoming you soon in the establishment situated in the outskirts of Dunkerque, close to the sea, two steps from England and Belgium.
Score from 332 reviews Good
Friendly staff, comfortable room and clean!
Found it difficult to find and TV channels supposed to have did not work.
Close to the ferry terminal (20 minutes by car).
Whole room smelled of antiseptic. The bathroom door wouldn't close. Noises at night.
Good location, this is exactly what you can expect for €35. Brilliant for one night.maybe two,but no longer(small room ,small bathroom, limited space everywhere).
Staff were helpful, breakfast good value
No facilities apart from over priced vending machines , be nice to have access to hot beverages at a reasonable price or at least a kettle in the room

Everything - I have stayed in Premiere classe on numerous occasions
The toilet/shower room could be a little larger
The location is excellent you can walk across to a large supermarket with bars and food hall. It's easy to find.
My room key stopped working twice but reception fixed it straight away.
near Eurotunnel, good price, parking
Location. Really close to Ferry.
Lack of any heating and it was raining, we were soaking wet so it was really cold and dump at night. Breakfast was really poor and not what I was expecting at all.
24 hr check in. Price Convenient location.
Basic, but that what you would expect from a motel
Everything including staff-less reception at night. . NB: Our room was very small, so perfect for quick stop overnight, but wouldn't want to spend days in it :)
Jonathan, the day staff is a wonderful person. He is one of the best staff. and the cleaners are very good as will .
We asked for a no smoking room but there was a strong smell of cigaret smoke. There was cigaret burns on the sink and the water was cold in the shower. The pillows were only about 2 inches thick gave no support and only one pillow per adult. All in all the staff were not welcoming and the room was cramped and I will never stay there again.
Bath room was nice.
Alittle hard to find. They over charged me from what was told us on my booking, not that much BUT if they over charge everyone it adds up. Not happy about that. And breakfast was very sparse, only 2 pieces of bread left.
It was a hotel in a can option which was fine as arrived late and was catching ferry very early. Cheapest options I could find
Was literally eaten alive by bed bugs. I could see them crawling everywhere on the matress and on the walls. Only a security guard availble to help who was less than able to resolve this problem. Was bitten all along my arms, leg, butt, next and face. Quite a traumatic and lonley experience at 3am and could not get out of there quick enough
Inexpensive hotel to spend a night, friendly and helpful reception. Kids loved it. Good blackout curtains.
Pillows need renewing, though non smoking cigarette burns on sink and carpet.
Near to Carefourre
Hostile receptionist, room size that would be illegal for caged animals or prisoners in the UK
air- con, comfortable bed, adequate shower ,secure car park, close to restaurant and supermarket, breakfast extra but well worth having.
road noise if given a back facing room.
Stayed in this chain of hotels before: always great value for money with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great Japanese restaurant and Carefour next to hotel.
Price and location
The room smelt of disinfectant The bed was worn out which has wrecked my back (which is normally good) Constantly being woken when guests pulled their baggage along overhead metal walkway Minor: the TV promised an English channel, which was missing
Friendly staff (unfortunately not 50/50%). Supermarket within few min walking distance. Few nice towns, cities nearby
Its a value hotel but there is a room for improvement with the way the room smell- kind a old, dump apartment smell. We stayed for 2 nights: first day we were served by a young guy-not very friendly, you could tell he doesn't want to deal with you really. Second day very nice women, no problem here
Secure parking Helpful and pleasant staff Very reasonably priced Located very near a Carrefour for last minute shopping Fun Japanese (Chinese?) restaurant 50 yards away with excellent value for money buffet Convenient for Dunkerque ferry next day.
Location next to busy ring road meant a lot of road traffic noise (on our side of the block - on the other side would have been less so). Just a bit tired and basic in furnishing, felt grubby though probably wasn't. Lousy pillows.
Nothing. Horrible place
Unpleasant staff very unhelpful man on front desk very rude. Horrible smell in front desk breakfast area. Room tiny bathroom tiny. Hovel hotel would not stay again.
Well, we got there late at night. The car park was full, so I had to park somewhere else. The room is what you paid for, small, very small for 2 adults and a child. We only had to stay there for one night so I suppose wasn't to bad, we needed a bed to lie down. The wifi was not working. I went in the morning to ask the desk person about the internet and he said that they have a problem with the wifi. We didn't want to have breakfast there, not very appealing. I don't think we will stop there ever again. If I have to rate this room out of 10, I will give a 3.
