Ease of automatic check-in meant we did not have to wait until the Reception opened. Rooms were dimly lit, making it difficult to read maps preparing for the onward journey. 2 pillows per person would have been more comfortable. |

The room was adequate if you do not mind a very basis no thrills place to stay - for people who do not know the room pass (swipe card) is issued by an ATM type mchine which takes a will to work out and if you lock yourself out of the room there is no one to call. very difficult to find. The road from La rochelle is a dual carriage way so you have to find some where to turn to be on the same side as the hotel which was very difficult - so much better directions. I would recommend the companile hotel next door is I travel there again. |

Hotel Staff were not at all helpful - on arrival we were given double beded rooms instead of three singles and staff were not willing to help us - when we were eventually given triple rooms, they only had towels for two and plastic cups for one, once again the reception staff did eventually give us the required amount but with comments in French that I can only assume were insults directed at us. Also the restaurant assigned to this hotel treated English different to the French, Some food was sent back at least twice and still came back not too standard. |

This hotel is really just a place you would stay for an overnight stop, its ok, thats the best i could say, it does the job, the tv was no good to us, all french, the restaurant beside hotel does good food and its very reasonable. The toilet/shower is like what you get in a mobile home, very small. But as i have said, it does the job for a stop over. if all you want is a good meal and a good rest, no complaints here. |

very basic and no english was spoken at all, the breakfast was bread based and the staff were a bit dismissive of english, and no maps of the area were available although we asked. |

Ideal for overnight stay near airport. Restaurant nearby at reduced rate. Private parking. Great breakfast. Excellent value for money. It could be signposted a little better. |

Room was serviced well each day and location near shopping centre was vwey convenient. Price was competitive. Room was very compact with limited facilities - hotel website information did not detail this. Lack of facilites meant hotel was only suitable for sleeping in. However, hotel was booked at short notice therefore only limited availability to choose from. |

L'hôtel est situé à 5 kms à peine de la Rochelle et contrairement à d'autres hôtels "économiques", à l'écart d'une zone commerciale, très au calme. Pas aimé n'est pas vraiment le mot, mais comme j'avais oublié d'imprimer le plan d'accès sur votre site, j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à trouver l'hôtel, car aucun fléchage pour l'indiquer en arrivant dans la commune de Puilboreau. J'ai du téléphoner à l'hôtel pour savoir sa situation. |

la situation géographique, la proximité de La Rochelle. Hotel trop bruyant, route nationale pratiquement dans la chambre et les chambres trops exigus.La peinture a refaire et la cabine de douche beaucoup trop petite. |
