it was clean but a little smelly The noise of other guests using mobile phones outside their rooms. The lack of staff when booking in before 5pm. The vague room allocation. |

We arrived very late at night and it was great that we were able to register and obtain our room key by using the outdoor automated machine. We were lucky that we had a room on the first floor. Instead of leaving this to chance, it would be helpful if one could give a floor preference beforehand. We're not so good with the stairs. |

Bathroom was very small. Our shower did not have a spray/head attachment on so it was like having a "shower"beneath a huge tap.The second bathroom did have a proper shower attachment. |

Au calme sans être loin du centre ville, la possibilité de pouvoir diner au Campanile à côté avec réduction. beau partenariat ! Pour 3 personnes annoncées, que 2 serviettes de toilettes, peu de papier toilette, et très franchement ça va pour une nuit, mais sinon douche, WC et lavabo ensemble, ça pose problème et trop petit. En plus la douche était bouchée. |

rien ... l'odeur de cigarette en ouvrant la porte d'une chambre réputée non fumeur; le bruit de la ventilation à côté de la chambre ; l'agression par le rideau de douche très collant (!) due à l'exiguité de la sdb, le manque d'espace pour poser les affaires dans la chambre; l'absence de fruits au petit déjeuner |

Nous revenions d un long voyage épuisant ,nous avons eut la chambre n 1.Et ce jour là,il passait la tondeuse,pas fort agréable pour les gens qui souhaite se reposer!!! |

het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam de bedden zijn veel te hard. De kamer ruimte is veel tekrap. De douche is ook veel te klein. |
