Premiere Classe Laon  

This was a stopover on a long haul ski trip. It was what it said on the box cheap and cheerful with ample parking close by motorways with cheap restaurants within walking distance. we would use it again.

The rooms were basic but clean.and staff member did her best to explain the food options

beds uncomfotable. size of bathroom more like a time capsule. very noisey all night even in carpark. felt unsafe.

Good, standard budget hotel. Easy to find. 2 nearby restaurants within walking distance -" Buffalo Grill" and "Campanile".

saff was fab we do not speak french but had no problems when we requirered anything

Had it's own shower & a balcony, close to restaurants, bowling etc!

Could have been cleaner, a bit noisy through the night (other guests & very noisy trains!)

I wasnt at all impressed by Premiere class Laon and cosequently cancelled my booking for the return journey. The bedding was extremely tired as were the toilet facilities which didnt run to a freh toilet roll(2 ends of rolls were all that was available.The floor (lino) was dirty and the aproach to the rooms that is the landings were filthy infact the whole of the outside of the building was offputting.The only saving grace was the breakfast and the dining area which was clean. I will not be bookin another stay with Premiere Class Barbara Brooke

I thought that the cramped and very basic accommodation was spectacularly overpriced.

Bring soap if you plan to wash. Certainly whoever thought up the name had a sense of humor, premiere classes it's not.

The location is convenient being just off the a26. The staff are friendly. The car park is spacious.

The rooms are very basic and compact and I certainly wouldn't want to have to share with anyone as there just isn't the space. The rooms only have a small window and this makes them feel rather like I imagine a prison cell to be. Noise from other rooms is a problem. The centre of town is a good 30 minutes walk and that's only to the lower town. I would rather pay more and stay elsewhere but on this occasion all the other hotels were fully booked. The rooms are tied and the breakfast very basic. Only recommended in an emergency

Good location for event in Laon. Its cheap at 55 eur/night for 3 but for unacceptable reasons (see below)

We stayed here last year for the Laon Historique event.The hotel was looking pretty worn and tatty then and we vowed not to return. Left it too late for anywhere else in town this year so had to re book. Rooms even more tired and more worn. Whole of the thin front wall shook when the door was closed. Room stank of old cigarettes - horrible. Shower/WC tiny and tired with blocked drain - our channel ferry cabin had bigger facilities! This building needs to be demolished and started again. We travel to France 3-4 times a year and only occasionally use chain hotels like this. But on the basis of this establishment we will not consider ever using a Premier Classe hotel unless we are really, really, really desperate.

Très, très petit. La porte de la chambre (rc) qui donne directement dehors. Le fait d'entendre le moindre bruit à l'extérieur comme si on dormait dans une tente.

La chambre que j'ai occuppé ,puait la cloppe " une inffection , je ne mache pas mes mots "et pour couronner le tout, les draps n'ont surement pas été changés "poils et tâches dans le lit ?????". insonorisation des chambres est très médiocre . N'ayant pas pu dormir correctement "à peine 1h30" ,j'ai préférè reprendre la route. ALORS 36.70€ POUR UNE TELLE PRESTATION ? Je vous demanderais presque un dédomagement,car en prenant une réservation dans 1 ère CLASSE ?JE m'attendais à MIEUX???? Il me semble que le repos est une des règles de sécurité routière ,alors n'ayant pas pu le faire correctement,je vous laisse imaginer ce qui peut se passer dans ces cas là. Donc ne compter plus sur moi ,pour vous publiciter.

trop de bruit et chambre fumeur ,couvre lit sal et odeur de cigarettes

cela fait maintenant 10 jours que j'attends le remboursements des frais occasionnés suite à une double erreur de facturation par la standardiste puis par le gérant. Je trouve qu'il est anormale d'attendre aussi longtemps le remboursement. vais je réellement recevoir ce remboursement ?

Uniquement la situation géographique !

Spartiate, pas très propre, très peu équipé, trop populasse !
