The woman working late on Wed., October 14 was exceptionally helpful. She walked me all the way to the bus stop so that I would know the way in the morning in order to catch a bus to the airport for an early flight. She also telephoned her sister who works for Singapore Air to find out what terminal I should arrive at. Her helpfulness was much appreciated. It was very difficult for me to find and to get to. I arrived in Paris from Arles at 8:15 at Gare de Lyon. I didn't arrive in my hotel room until 11:15!!! I went to the Blanc Mesnil train stop, but the train didn't stop there. When I finally did get back to that stop, I was told the I needed to go back 2 stops because the Hotel was not near there. When I finally arrived at the correct train stop, I needed to find a bus that was not there. One bus driver took me on his bus to another stop several blocks away and put me on the correct bus to the hotel. |

No sign postings. Only suitable for people with own transport. Not accessible by train. Buses do not ply after 8.30pm. So no use if you plan to go to the city late night. |

Staff were helpful but only spoke poor English but better than my French, Breakfast was only just satisfactory Room was very small, not enough room to lay out my suitcase anywhere other than on the bed |

Personalet forsøgte at være hjælpsom Der manglede et rigtigt skrivebord på værelset til at man kunne arbejde med computer og papirer mm. Der kunne godt have været shampoo og hårtørrer også. Bedre skiltning, så taxachaffører kunne finde stedet. Maden på restauranten ved nabohotellet, som var eneste spisested i nærheden var ikke tilfredsstillende. |

Hotel très mal fréquenté,trop de bruit la nuit donc impossible de dormir.Il faut prévoir un taxi si on veut un peu bouger ,l'hotel étant loin de tout ,pour se rendre au parc des expositions ,on peut prendre un bus.Les chambres sont très petites et on entend tout à travers les murs. |

La réception ouverte 24h/24, l'accueil rapide et courtois, le calme la nuit. Le bruit au matin des femmes de ménages (ce n'est pas elles que je remets en cause) car les chambres sont mal insonorisées. |

Le parking tres facile d accée, l acensseur . la chambre confortable y a tt ce qui faut sauf un petit frigo domage sinon super hotel en plus situé a 2 pas de 2 grand centre comercial On recoi pas le wifi au 5eme etage domage. Les distributeur de café et nouriture qui propose une offre a 1.70 et 2.70 mais qui ne fonctionne pas et que on vous le dit une foie avoir mi l argent dans la machine. Bref une anarque cette machine |

La disponibilité du personnel de réception et son accueil. Ne pas tenir compte du nombre de personnes dans la chambre. Nous étions trois, nous sommes restés plusieurs jours et il manquait chaque fois une serviette de toilette que nous devions réclamer à la réception. |

Boa localização e acesso a transportes públicos para o aeroporto de Le Bourget, local onde decorreu um evento ligado á aviação. Quartos com cheiro intenso a tabaco. |
