Small heater not enough power to heat the room to a pleasant temperature. Window and door not tight.

Convenience to the motorway. Room was clean .

Croissants not available at the breakfast bar. Very disappointed! Did not like the snow!

- Price - Friendly staff - Good priced breakfast (albeit a bit sparce, but: all you can eat, if you do not mind eating the same thing a lot)

- Cold in rooms, heater could not heat enough when outside was freezing - Hotel is located directly next to a truck stop. Expect Loud truck noises during the entire night. Room doors are to the outside and noises from outside sound as if inside the room - Hotel is used by local populance as love nest (probably because of the low price). Expect to hear mating sounds from next door rooms

Good location to visit Belgium. Auchan shopping center nearby.

Absolutely no sound-proofing. We lived on a ground floor and had a permanent feeling we lived in the middle of the car park: cars parking, people talking etc. especially at night. Tiny rooms and supertiny bathroom (if you can call it so). Not very friendly reception staff and the room key refusing to open the door everyday.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. For a budget hotel you couldn't get any better at all. The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast and the coffee was lovely! It was very convenient for getting onto motorways in and out of France into Belgium.

You can hear others in rooms around you which was a little disturbing late a night. However, it wasn't too noisy later on. The rooms are really far too small for three people - the double bedrooms were probably fine for 2 people and the bed is a larger than normal sized double bed too. Showers and bathrooms not suitable for people more than 5' 9" I wouldn't have thought!

Mari on reception was very helpful and friendly, and spoke good English. The bed was very comfortable. The location was only fair because we were driving into Belgium each day, and could not get a hotel closer to our destination, otherwise the location would be good.

The shower was very small and the shower pipes were in the way.. The wash basin was fine, but the taps were too big and and in the way. There was some outside noise often, throughout the night.

Very similar to "easy hotels" in that you had just the basics. Clean shower, clean bedding, a small place to work should you need it. Some complained that the showers were too small - it is a basic budget motel and it was clean. If you want large amenities - pay for it. You got what you paid for.

Adjoining rooms would be nice. Breakfast was over priced for what they served. We chose to drive on and not pay.

Door and window sealings does not shut tightly. Constant cold airflow directly on your right hand while working with the mouse at the working desk. Heating too weak.

Accueil aimable une seule personne mais pas de solution au problème évoqué après

Odeur de tabac froid persistante dans la chambre Tout bonnement répugnant et nauséabond On nous a proposé un spray désodorisant... Il aurait fallu déclasser la chambre et ne pas la louer dans cet état + douche qui fuit de partout + pas de serviette pour la troisième personne...

le prix et l'emplacement hors de la ville donc pas de problème de parking.les petits dejeuners qui restent corrects pour 4.90 euros.

La salle de bain est minuscule,nous nous sommes douchés la porte ouverte.Propreté assez moyenne dans la chambre

Excelente relação custo benefício. O quarto é pequeno mais confortável, perfeito para quem quer passar uma noite barata!

Impossible d'obtenir les codes d'entrée avec la cb, car l'appareil ne marchait pas, heureusement que quelqu'un était présent à 2h du mat; au pti déj, l'hotesse n'était pas souriante, accueil froid!

Prijs kwaliteit is goed ,indien enkel voor een nacht te slapen perfect .

Mijn kamer lag gelijkvloers ,aan de parking . Had wel last van het geluid van de auto's en de mensen met de bagage op de ijzeren trappen .

Rundums Hotel ist sehr viele Logistikzentrums. Es war trotzdem einigermasse ruhig. Meine Lieblingsrestaurantkette ( Les Routiers ) war direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite. Wo bekommt man sonst ein komplettes Menü inkl. Kaffee und Wein für 13,50 EUR?
