Ideal location for the events we were attending

Very friendly, English-speaking staff, clean and fresh room, comfortable bed, nice tv with lots of channels, two minutes walk from the train station and two minutes walk from the main square and old town.

Good location between the stations and the old city. 24 hour reception. Friendly staff.

Tiniest bathroom pods in the world! Someone on my floor was smoking which was a bit nasty in this day and age.

Room very basic, cold, just one rather poor wall heater. Bathroom the smallest I have ever seen. View from window looked like a rubbish tip/building site.

Excellent location for both the centre and the Eurostar and main railway.

Room was clean enough but there was a smell of raw sewage each time you entered room and had to have windows open when in the room.

The location was great, two minutes walk from Lille flanders station. The hotel is clean and good value for money.

Friendly, courteous reception staff who were most helpful when required. Bed linen was changed daily and the room kept clean by competent staff. Breakfast very competitively priced - excellent start to the day.

Friday night is obviously music night in the nearby bars and restaurants - a fair bit of noise filtered through to the room up until about midnight, but this is obviously not the hotel's fault.

Easy walk from Flandres station and to/from the main city area.

The 'roll together' bed and the smallest bathroom/shower combo I have ever seen.

Very helpful in accommodating our bikes in a city centre hotel.

Location was excellent, staff friendly, and rooms clean.

Wifi was terribly slow throughout the hotel to the point that is was almost unusable.

Good staff who were welcoming is always a great start. The room itself was quite comfortable but I found the shower/bathroom a little strange but quite adequate. The room as I said was comfortable and very clean and the window view overlooked the local neighbourhood. Very handy to a lot of local sights as well and very close to the train station.

une salle de bain ,où il est impossible de se tenir debout devant le lavabo pour cause d'exiguité le prix demandé n'a rien d'anodin et en aucune façon ne correspnd à ce que propose l'hôtel a éviter!!
