OK for one night stay but only just
fan in minute bathroom did not work and bathroom - like a space capsule smelt. Room was very small and bed not very comfortable
Reasonable close to train station which was how we picked this hotel
Sleeps 3 people , when there was only my husband & I and I didn't like having a bunk over the top of our heads. Very small shower , toilet room. My man is not a little bloke so found this a bit uncomfortable
I liked that it was close to the station, part dieu. It is literally two mins away, the staff booked me a taxi when I went out on the night I stayed as I did not know where to go, which was useful!
There wasn't anything BAD, it just wasn't 5*,but it's great if you just want to go for a few days, more than that then you might want a bigger bathroom, a nicer view etc.
the staff and the room is quiet even near to the railway
a little far from train station if by walk
calm and clean, and nice to have one night stay
Breakfast needs to add some more dishes
The toilet is too small and I dont like its smell and also colour. I booked 2 rooms within the sane price but I got different room's size. One is bigger than the other. But there's no problem with sleeping room but for tge toilet in the smaller room was quite small. Especially if i compared to my friend's room
Close to station. Clean modern and friendly. Good breakfast. Reasonable price considering the central location.
Overall, it has almost everything a traveller or guest would need.
They don't have a kettle in the room, when asked for hot water, they couldn't do anything and suggested us to buy from nearest restaurant... not quite satisfied with this. What if guest is travelling with kids and babies? This simple facility should be provided being a 2-star hotel.
Location is good, near the Part-Dieu train station
Although the price is lower than the other hotels which near the station, but is is comparatively higher than most of the hotels in Lyon. The smell in corridor is very bad. I cannot breath in the corridor of the 3rd Floor.
the proximity to SNCF and bus and tramway stations. the price not too high for the sojourn. that's it.
the window opening on a construction site and a tgv railway, the hubbub!!!. Cleaning staff lacking in truthfulness! WiFi did not work properly at times. too long, more than two days, to change the blankets. two narrow the bedroom -9m2 or less- for 3 persons. air conditionner very defective. the toilet is even too small. the toilet easily dirtied that's it.
comfortable beds; good internet in room; quiet although next to the railway
very small shower and no carpet, so floor gets wet in bathroom and room when exiting the shower
The location is excellent, only some minutes away from the train station. Trains, buses, trams, metros all within walking distance. It is a business area so pretty quiet during the night. Helpful staff, overall a clean and nice place. Wifi worked fine for me.
The bathroom. Our room had that all-in-one, monobloc, plastic bathroom, with everything integrated into it (shower, washbasin, toilet). Really small, and uncomfortable. It does the job, but not very pleasant to use.
According to price it's a nice to place to go sleep and leave.
Small rooms, but thats what we were expecting.
Is good place to stay because is close to the train station specially if you travel by train in Europe, very clean and tidy, quiet had good night sleep. Shopping centre is 10 min walk you find places to eat. Staff friendly and helpful
The rooms were quite narrow, as was the bathroom. Directly under the window was a huge construction site and behind that tons of railways, so it was pretty loud in the morning. The atmosphere is very impersonal and not very nice.
(+) very close to train station (+) excellent value for money (+) awesome facilities and comfort
(-) reception staff should be more knowledgable about the details of the points of touristic interests (-) bathroom was very small
Clean room, silent
Good location, 10 mins from Lyon Part-Dieu
The night shift reception staff was unfriendly. Hotel overcharged me for room rates and I have to talk with the manager about it. They gave me a refund, but this causes me lose one hour because I have to wait till the manager comes back at 10:30am in the morning. Shower is really small (previous reviews really didnt exaggerate, I'm a small-sized Asian girl and the shower barely fits me). Breakfast is simple and you have to pay 5.8 euros for it. Stayed in a double room but there is only one socket. If you are looking for a place in Lyon, I'm pretty sure you can find a better place than this with the same price (around 50 euros per night)
Easy proximity to the train station
Bathroom pod was cramped and in need of replacement but it was servicable.
Ease of parking, checking in and out
Awful breakfast, tiny room, microscopic bath, only two outlets, including the one used for the TV
as good as location for its proximity to public transport. Good cleaning and staff helpful and polite. Safe are with family and children. Good rate quality and price
single beds and no double bed
The price - 56€ triple room
A little too small bathroom but for the reason you chose this hotel, there s no reason to blame it for
Very convenient for station Clean Good value Comfortable.
I was charged twice - one from reserved card used to guarantee booking on Internet and once when I arrived. Apparently this is common practice in case you leave owing anything?! However, I was not warned about this and have not had this before. I only knew when I checked my card transactions. Hoping this will be sorted in a couple of days but a nuisance as it is wasting time.
Easy and helpful staff at check-in. Transport to centre not bad.
Room very small and crammed; bathroom hardly bigger than on aeroplane; the room was unsuitable for a 2 year-old (bunk bed on top of two single beds) and they had me carry up a camping cot from reception - no linen for the cot - I was instructed to take the linen from the bunk bed. The duvets were way too warm; breakfast looked horrible and cost 5.80. We decided to go elsewhere, which on a Sunday made us feel miserable. It is in an ugly part of town; Window next to a very noisy train station. Parking was difficult - it was difficult to access, difficult to find wide enough parking space (for normal estate car) and cost 7 Euros. Had it been included in the price, it would have been slightly better value for money.
close to train station clean adequate equipment a large mall nearby
not very close to city centre
