Score from 1385 reviews Very good
(+) very close to train station (+) excellent value for money (+) awesome facilities and comfort
(-) reception staff should be more knowledgable about the details of the points of touristic interests (-) bathroom was very small
Clean room, silent
Easy proximity to the train station
Bathroom pod was cramped and in need of replacement but it was servicable.
Ease of parking, checking in and out
Awful breakfast, tiny room, microscopic bath, only two outlets, including the one used for the TV
as good as location for its proximity to public transport. Good cleaning and staff helpful and polite. Safe are with family and children. Good rate quality and price
single beds and no double bed
The price - 56€ triple room
A little too small bathroom but for the reason you chose this hotel, there s no reason to blame it for
Very convenient for station Clean Good value Comfortable.
I was charged twice - one from reserved card used to guarantee booking on Internet and once when I arrived. Apparently this is common practice in case you leave owing anything?! However, I was not warned about this and have not had this before. I only knew when I checked my card transactions. Hoping this will be sorted in a couple of days but a nuisance as it is wasting time.
Easy and helpful staff at check-in. Transport to centre not bad.
Room very small and crammed; bathroom hardly bigger than on aeroplane; the room was unsuitable for a 2 year-old (bunk bed on top of two single beds) and they had me carry up a camping cot from reception - no linen for the cot - I was instructed to take the linen from the bunk bed. The duvets were way too warm; breakfast looked horrible and cost 5.80. We decided to go elsewhere, which on a Sunday made us feel miserable. It is in an ugly part of town; Window next to a very noisy train station. Parking was difficult - it was difficult to access, difficult to find wide enough parking space (for normal estate car) and cost 7 Euros. Had it been included in the price, it would have been slightly better value for money.
close to train station clean adequate equipment a large mall nearby
not very close to city centre
Staff didn't speak English. Small room, even smaller bathroom. Really noisy, trains pass beside the hotel. No way to get sleep.
Terrible smell in the bathroom, paid parking
Parking facilities are unfinished... Loads of dust, materials and plants!
Walking distance from the train station. Clean and modern.
Room was too small. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work and the staff were not very helpful. Very basic breakfast.
service are not good
Good location, just 10min by walk from Lyon Part Dieu train station and metro. can take metro/tram to old town easily. Free Wifi, elevator
Dirty smell toilet and bathroom.
Location near railway station and air conditioning- in summer it was good
towels weren`t clean
Cleanliness, low fare, polite staff, good maintenance
too compact, but worth the money.
Quite a comfortable bed in a sound proof room. However the room smell like heavy cigarette when we first check in. We were there for three nights and we got really sick of the bathroom, it's painted in bright orange, very small shower place, and there were bad smell came up from the sink. The room was very clean and alright size for a France hotel. Good for business or short stay as its very value for money. Can get some good deals if book early.
the room smells like cigarette, bad smell came out from the sink. Need about 15 minute walk from the train station to the hotel, making it hard for a single girl walking back to the hotel at night. Not much restaurants around.
Very small bathroom.
The price is fair enough.location just so-so，20mn-walk to the old town，but only 5 mn to the train station.
bathroom&shower too small，can't even lift my arm
Close to the train station. Friendly, helpful staff.
No hair dryer
Cleanliness. OK for one night. Everything worked as it should.
Drab place but quite well maintained. OK for one night. Inadequate lighting. Rather small room and very small bathroom.
Located near to train station & departures live behind check-in.
In the first room I was given there happened to be a couple having some fun which could be heard along the whole floor. I had to move as I had an important phone call to receive. I seemed to be some sort of problem to the staff who were reluctant to move me at first. Breakfast was very basic and the room was nothing special.
Clean, good wifi, helpful staff
shower room too small, you can hardly turn your body inside.
