Première Classe Mâcon  

Pleasantly surprised with everything as it was probably the cheapest hotel we have ever stayed in. Clean, reasonable sized rooms, comfortable, friendly receptionist, convenient enough for the A7, fast free WIFI, and free parking. We will certainly be staying at a Première Classe again for stopovers.

simplicity of design, and the price. The most important things for a budget traveller is the choice of food, free parking and free wifi.

With ambient temperature about 0c, the heating and water temperature was low and not comfortable. wifi was slow. Modular bathroom was just a bit too small.

Location

Location was good as a stop-over en route from the Alps to England. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. For the price it was really good, as was the breakfast.

There was no plug in the bath. Our second room sink was chipped and broken. Towels could have been bigger.

Thz decoation is much better than others

Nothing was too much troubkle for the staff...I always use premiere class as they are clean tidy and easily accessible

Booking didn't work (had to make new booking, good thing I had a card that worked!) Staff was extremely rude to us in the morning, ushering us out into the cold instead of allowing members of our group to wait inside the lobby.

Dirty, run down; toilet seat was lying on the floor! Curtains, which were filthy, didn't close. Cobwebs everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Those who say, you get what you pay for .. well, you didn't even get that! The Manager needs to go back to charm school, as he gives the French a bad name! I would not recommend this to your worst enemy; and I say that sincerely, as I've lived round the world and stayed in some flea pits but this is the worst I've been in France.

Good price versus quality on location

After our feedback that our airco was not working, the receptionist did not fix the airco as he promised. We awoke around 05.00 dripping in our sweat and legt early. Very disapointing! Electricity was hanging out and no plug for our bath, so shower only.

Was behalve onderhoud niets op aan te merken. De bedden zijn ok.

Het hotel wordt een beetje oud. Moet opgeknapt worden. Maar dat wisten. Geeft niks voor 1 nacht.

La situation géographique

La chambre était spacieuse. Bien insonorisée. Grande salle de bain.

Il n'y avait plus rien à manger au petit déjeuner. Les services étaient sales.
