Competitve price, easy to find off motorway, close to disney park. Very close to railway station and only 2 stops to disney (Rail ticket €13 fo family of 4). Easy to book online. Felt secure with car park an inside hottel. Kids ate free for breakfast, adults €5 each. Will use again if hotel needed in this area great value.... Thanks. No kettle in room, which for an english family of 4, would have been more use to us than a tv which only showed French channels. Shower, but no bath. This hotel makes a great base to travel out from (to Disney Park), however, there is very little to do or see in this hotel, however, I do consider this very fair for the price and not a negitive - necessarily just a observation.

The price is good and it is very close to Disneyland Park. Also there is near to rer station which is comfortable if you don't have a car and want to go in Paris city center or Disneyland. The bathroom is very small and it looks like you are in caravan. It is made from pvc. The room is also very tiny and there is no wardrobe. There is only one power socket in the room. The walls are very tiny. I think they are made from cardboard. Very noisy.

The gentelman on reception was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he was very friendly and always willing to answer any questions you had. The location was also pretty handy for Disneyland, only two stops away from La Vallee and about a 5-10 minute walk to the train station. Rooms were basic and clean and the restaurant on site was very tasty. Also a McDonalds 5 mins walk away if you needed something quick and relatively cheap for France The woman one reception was extremely rude and unhelpful, she deliberately avoided eye contact whilst tapping away on her computer for 5 minutes before seeing us to check in. The room (102) smelt like blocked drains, every time someone flushed the toilet in the whole hotel it seemed the sewage came down through a main drain in our en suite facility. Make sure you plan your route to the hotel in advance as taxi drivers prey on tourists over there, how much to this place? They say €30-40 then wait till you're stuck on the motorway and say how they think they made a mistake and charge you double. One taxi driver did this to us on our way to the hotel and the above mentioned woman wouldn't offer any help or assistance to us so we ended up wasting €40 on a taxi. It seems that all partition and dividing walls between rooms were stud walls as you could hear everything above, below and next door.

There was no plug sockets in the rooms and the bunk bed was not suitable for my 2 year old to sleep in, the family rooms should be a double and a low single. The breakfast was far too expensive for what it was.

Location, close to Disneyland There are only rooms with bunk beds. It's not the same as 1 double bed and 1 single bed. These beds are fixed badly and not convenient and dangerous for child. Thanks God everything ok with my child.

Perfect location, two stops from Disneyland by RER (Train) which took 10 mins if that, and dropped us right outside! Very cheap in comparison to others, yet in a nice location with restaurants around. Room was very very clean and perfect for what we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better price/location. The bathroom was a little small and there was only one plug, but against all the positives, these small things didn't really matter!

It was close to the rer station where you can catch the train in order to go to Paris or Disneyland Paris. And also it was close to the Carrefour supermarket. The room is the best if you just want to spend most of your time at Disneyland or in Paris and you just come to the hotel for a goodnight sleep.Everything was super.

Hotel in great location for Disneyland Paris. It's about 10 minutes from the train and 2 stops away from Disney. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful even though they only understand a limited amount of English and as much as we tried, we speak terrible French, only managing hello, thank you and please. Price was good compared to other hotels around Disney. However be aware, the price shown on booking.com varies on the exchange rate. The payment is not taken straight away, it's taken at the hotel. We were quoted £98 for a 3 night stay but when we arrived it was £123. Not a huge difference but if you have a budget be aware. Hotel has no walking entrance, only a car gate in the complex surrounded fence. It sounds petty but we nearly got took out by a crazy French lady in a Peugeot whilst walking across the massive car park to hotel entrance. Room is very basic, 1 plug 1 mirror. Bathroom all in one plastic meld. You can tell its a converted hostel. However it is very clean and fit for purpose if you went cheap hotel for Disney. Only a vending machine with chocolate and warm pop. Have to go next door for restaurant but you get 15% voucher from reception. The staff in the restaurant sadly not very friendly and its always allegedly full.... I would however go here again on a budget.

It was a cheap hotel and did the job. We went to Disneyland and the RER train was a 10 minute walk then 2 short stops to Disneyland - so very easy. Considering the price difference to stay at Disney was over £400 I'd say a good cheap choice. No food except breakfast and this just bread, juice and hot drinks.

The room was clean and even the shower curtain was changed during our stay. The location was excellent- 1/2 a mile to the train station that was a short distance from Paris and Disneyland. Only the towels could have been cleaner as they were so old! It was very busy, with only one member of staff you had to wait a long time to be shown to given your room key. Everytime we walked through reception there was a queue. It was noisy- even after midnight- as lots of travellers and coach trips use the hotel. There is no restaurant so there is nowhere to sit outside of your room. It was a lot more basic than I expected for what we paid. Formula 1 hotels are more upmarket. Fine as a 1 night stop but not somewhere I wanted to spend my holiday.

Excellent location for Disneyland, about 10 minutes drive. Clean, friendly staff, felt safe in and outside the hotel. Very good value breakfast which was better than expcted. Only toast, croissants, (nice) coffee, juice, fruit puree and yoghurt but no limits, ids eat free and less than 5 Euro. Very good value all round. Parking was free, easy and excellent. For a cheap place to put your head down on a journey a very good value hotel. The room was tiny, could barely get the suitcases in. The bathroom was very clean but like a small pre fabricated shell, good power shower though. There was a tv but nothing in English and a bunk-bed over a double for three of us and little to do outside the hotel. There was a nearby chain with 15% off from the hotel for dinner (we had eaten at Disneyland so didn't go). There was a reasonable amount of noise from other residents but that did die down quickly and we did all get a very god night's sleep.

Location to the train station when going to Disney Land Paris The beds were tiny, the bathroom was like a caravan bathroom and very small. There was only one plug socket in the room which was high up next to the bathroom. There were no amenities in the room. The wifi didnt work in the room.

It was clean and we got what we paid for. There is nothing fancy about the accommodation at all. If u r on a budget it's perfect but if you can stretch the pennies to a better hotel then do so. Breakfast was very poor ad were the facilities. However, the best thing about hotel was the proximity to Disneyland Paris- brilliant.

The location was close to the train station, which was only 2 stops from Disneyland The rooms were very basic. The beds were solid, and we woke up with sore backs. There was also a dip in the mattress! When I lay on my front my stomach did not touch the bed because of the dip! The concierge did not speak any English, however it is my fault for not knowing and French in France :) I wouldnt recommend this hotel unfortunately

Good value for money, close to Disney and close to the motorway. Good to have breakfast in the hotel. Good to have a hotel next door to get evening meal. Some of the guests were very noisy at night. Could do to have a kettle in the rooms. Also the towels need renewing.

10min by car from Disneyland. Room was clean and the free parking is a real advantage. From 7am, there was already lots of traffic outside. That means a lot of noise which prevent me from sleeping. But as Disney opened at 8sms that was not a big deal.

Value for money hotel, close to Euro disney but basic. We only had one room key card but when you use the lift you need your room key card. This meant that when I went to the car my wife was in darkness in the room.
