Première Classe Mont de Marsan - Saint-Avit  

It´s a nice new hotel, very comfortable, clean and modern. We had internet connection in the room.

From my point of view the pillow was too firm (it´s only my opinion)

Value for money it was excellent. We stopped on route between France and Spain and it was a perf3ct stopping place. Easy to find and lovely and clean and modern. Rooms wer adequate and very clean and the air-conditoning was a great boon as we were there in very hot weather. Wull look for this Hotel Clain in future as we were delighed with the price and the facilities.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good English which helped a lot. The Hotel and rooms were very clean and we were also able to have linked triple rooms so that all six of our party could stay close together. The contintental buffet breakfast was also good value for money. We would definitely stay there again.

Only drawback was it was a little difficult to find, even with sat-nav, as it is in a new area of Mont-de-Marsan.

We liked everything.

I booked on line with my card and was then charged a second time. when I stayed the first time. I still do not know if I have paid twice. I was again charged a second time when I stayed again on the 25th of June. the only place this has happened to me

Very easy to find. Nice to have everything new. Good situation for everything - eating, getting to the centre of the town and easy to get onto the motorway.

The breakfast area where you get the bread and coffee machine etc. is smaller than other older Premier Hotels and I think when the hotel is busy this will cause a problem. Also there was a problem with the coffee machine. I think the old method of the coffee and hot milk pots was a better method and quicker to use.

the hotel was excellant value, we were on our way to spain and was a great place to stopover, the hotel was almost new and the rooms more spacious than previous premiere classe hotels, we have stayed at, the hotel staff when we arrived were very welcoming and had a great attitude towards us, overall it was perfect for our purpose.

le prix car j ai reserve avec vous au prix de 35 euros 25 et la bas ils voulaient me faire payer 39 euros 90 il faudrait mettre vos pendules a l heure
