Nearness to office
Very poor wifi: no English international station eg cnn ; no refrigerator the window not double glazed to reduce traffic noise near by no intercom phone to reception or emergency
shower is bad ，no hot water in the evening，bad wi fi connection
The triple bedroom was much smaller.Should be little more spacious
good location for where I wanted to be and also easy to get trains and metro into Paris.
Bathroom small but very clean.
no tea and coffee making facilities
The moment when i left the hotel.
My doesn't have hot water, tv and wifi. The receptionist shout with me when i asked him for solutions, saying that; "My friend i cannot do nothing to resolve your problem, go to your room and tomorrow you send a complain to the hotel administration. AND, this is premiere classe hotel... "
Price, location, breakfast simple but good for € 4.90
To many guests during breakfast, staff could not handle ( no cups etc)
Location and comfort yet affordable.
On Friday 17th at night some one was smoking close to my room. This was very uncomfortable. Please ensure rules are adhered to for the comfort of non smoking guests.
Tv didn't work even though the receptionist promised to request to the technical support team to have it switched on.
I liked the proximity to the train station - ease of commute made my first trip to Paris very DOABLE! The Hotel staff was SUPER especially the young lady with the short blonde hair. When I come back, I will be here!
The Wiff SUCKED!
Basic but very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Ideal location for attending Longchamp racecourse. Bars restaurants all within walking distance. Bus outside hotel into Porte Maillot. Have stayed here several times and would definitely return.
Very basic but this is reflected in the price we paid. It was clean and functional and was ideal for our needs.
Right next to bus line 244, that takes you to Port Maillot in 15 minutes. Restaurants and shops near the hotel.
Problems with water (we stayed for two nights, first morning there was no water in the bathroom). Odd smell in the room, claustrophobic. Very loud. Sound insulation very poor, during night feels like you're sleeping with open window. Wi-fi very poor. Pages loads for several minutes, no chance to stream video. Heater was out of order.
Price and location
Smells smoke in the room Very noisy
Too small bathroom, no floor mats for bathroom, getting taxi is painful
basic value for money
The price was fair, definitely the lowest at the time in Paris.
The room looked a lot bigger in the pictures. The rooms were small, beds were still and the night clerk was rude. I understand I paid a low price but the quality of service could have been better.
A pretty good choice, cozy and nice. Rooms are clean, the personal it s helpful and friendly, the area is really nice, i recomand the breakfast too, wich is tipical french, very good.
We had an air conditionig a bit noisy, from the hotel it takes around 40-45 minutes to get into the center or to the main touristic objectives, because if you don't have a car you have to change a tram and the subway, but it's pretty ok
Friendly staff, very good value for money, clean, easy to get to Central Paris, close to train station and Suresnes for breakfast (great bakeries).
The bathroom was very small, but adequate
OK location, even if it was in a busy street. Suresnes had a nice little "town centrum", and a short walk/run up the street gave a fantastic view of the city. A nice green area to do a moring run/walk in.
The was a smell of urine in the room. I complained the next morning, and asked to have another room for my next night, but they said they would ask the cleaning lady to spray with air freshner. It smelled ok at first, when I returned in the afternoon, but the urine smell came back after a short while.
- The location of the hotel is very good, close to the tram (4-5 minutes walk) which can take you to La Defense and from La Defense you can go anywhere in Paris easily. - Also close to many bus stops which can take you into the city. - Suresnes, the area where the hotel is located, is very quiet and you can find a lot of restaurants there. - The staff was very helpful and friendly and most importantly almost all of them speaks English. - Value for money if you are there to visit Paris and not to stay in the hotel the whole time. - Close to a very big and nice park called Bois du Boulogne (5-10 minutes walk). Cycling and running there is more than amazing.
- The room is very small. - No telephone to call the reception. - Most of the time there is no WiFi in the whole hotel, even at the reception desk. - Bathroom is very small. - The place allowed for the clothes (can't call it a wardrobe) is not enough for two people, so we couldn't walk in the room because we threw the clothes everywhere. - No air conditioner (would be a disaster if you are planning to go there in July or August).
This hotel is clean and safe but basic and very small.
Like a hostel, small beds Bathroom like an rv camper, no wifi in room, no aircon in room, lots of groups of teen tours,
location is close to train
internet is very slow breakfast almost nothing included there was no aircondition
No tea coffee facilities. Very small room no space.
noisy, hot and no air conditioner advertise to have free wi-fi which never worked
friendly persons on the reception
Internet was really really bad, nobody can understand eglish on the reception, breakfast miserly
