The staff was very friendly at check-in. My main reason for choosing this hotel was the convenient location close to CDG airport with shuttle service and the low rate. The service only cost an extra 3 euros round-trip and was on time. Made it to the airport in about 15 minutes. Free Wifi connection in room. The room was small and minimally furnished, the bathroom was very tiny and outdated but at least it was clean. No soap other than in the shower dispenser. Definitely not a "nice" hotel so if you are picky, you might want to stay somewhere else. But it was ok for what it is - a cheap airport hotel. Had a little difficulty finding the shuttle to get to the hotel from the airport but finally stumbled across it by following the signs to the airport shuttles from the TGV station and taking the elevator up to level 5. Apparently there are two locations of this hotel chain so make sure you get off the shuttle at the correct one (Paris Nord 2 was one stop after the other Premiere Classe hotel). |

The staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was good value. We found the rooms were very small but clean. It was a short journey to the airport on the courtesey bus. We found it was excellent value for money as we needed two rooms for our family but two rooms here cost similar to one elsewhere. The rooms were the smallest I have ever come accross and it would have been helpful to know where the buses to the hotel left from the airport when we arrived. Also there were two Premiere Classe hotels very close to each other which made it a little confussing. Also the name is not really fitting for this hotel. |

It was cheap and you get what you pay fo. Checkin was a nightmire (over an hour). The checkin people are terrible. The room's heater was inadaquate (heat was off when I entered the room). There was no soap or shampoo in the room at all. There was grafatti on the walls talking about the sexual exploits of past guests. The 4.5 Euro "breakfast" was a total waste of money. Don't expect much and you'll not be disappointed. |

This is a basic hotel that has an excellent location near Charles DeGaulle Airport at an exceptionally good rate. The breakfast was not worth the 4Euro80 they charge, but the coffee was plentiful. |

It was a good basic budget hotel for an overnight stay before catching a flight from CDG airport. There was no information about shuttle transportation (navettes) between the airport and the hotel until I arrived at the hotel which made it very difficult to get from the airport to the hotel in the first place. Of course, going back to the airport from the hotel was easier since the needed information was, at last, available. This information should be provided on the hotel or booking.com website - simply indicating that a shuttle is available is not sufficient for this very important service. |

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was quiet and very convenient. The adjoining restaurant (Hippopotamus) was good and I slept weell. There was a problem with the shuttle bus for terminal 1 and 3 which caused a lot of anxiety and while there is free internet access there is no means of printing off boarding passes etc. |

Proximity to the airport. Very small and not so clean bathroom. Bad insulation so you would be disturbed should your neighbours are not quiet enough. |

The sheets were nice. The hotel was depressing and disgusting. The hall carpets were filthy. The room was like a tiny jail cell. The bedspread and blankets were gross. I slept under the sheets but used my coat as a blanket. Three beds in the room with just two towels?! Only one cup... if we had three people were we supposed to share? They charged us for the shuttle but it was free! We find it hard to believe that booking.com would recommend such a place. Shame on you! |

The fact that had shuttle bus from terminal 3 was really convenient but the time you have to wait till the bus come was too long so it took me two hours to arrive at the hotel. |

The hotel has two strengths; 1)shuttle bus service, and 2)its low price. These strengths really fit for those who transit at CDG and do not want to pay a lot for just one night. |

The hotel was a dump, stained carpet, dank and cramped rooms, and I feared for our lives. |

There is a free bus service to the hotel from CDG airport, but there are no signs at CDG telling you where it goes from. The bus also follows a strict schedule, stopping for around 10-15 minutes at another hotel before going on to the Premiere Classe, 200 metres away. You are stuck with this though, as no taxi will take you there from CDG. |
