Good, basic cheap breakfast
A bit too out of the way for Airport access and meetings and I didnt feel comfortable as a single female. Room was very drafty
We liked the price. For the date we chose, other "budget" hotels were either fully booked or charging in excess of 100 Euros per night - if reservations were available. We liked the location - within walking distance of 2 restaurants. The desk clerk was a pleasure to deal with- and was on duty when we checked in 9:30 PM!.
Judging from the cigarette stains on the bathroom sink and the lingering odor in the room, it was not a non-smoking room- an unpleasant surprise which was the only negative aspect of our stay in the Primo.
A nice place for a solo traveller. I will always lodge there when alone in Paris ..
It is too small for a full family. See to this
The room was clean.
The room was miniscule. The room was too hot, with no obvious way to turn the heat down. They had no shuttle service to CDG. Upon arrival at the complex via bus, there were no directions to find the hotel - had to walk FAR and ask several people where to go.
near Charles de Gaulle Airport is convenient, especially if the plane at 7 am
in the room was the smell of smoke after the smoker, because I do not smoke for me it was an unpleasant circumstance
It needs modernising. Our first introduction to premier class was years ago when it was new and now it has remained same and looks neglected. Disappointed, sorry.
Bad situated hotel, just under runway charles de gaulle airport , during all night lot of plane noise, because no isolation in wall or windows, so you feel your sleeping outside, also many road traffic during night hours which also give lot of noise, WIFI not working only in middle of building there was weak signal
Clean sheets and cheap.
It smelled like the bottom of an ashtray. Cigarette burn marks on the bedspread. The room is 8 feet by 14 for 3 twins. You can sit on the toilet, brush your teeth and shower without moving 1 inch. Every airplane that leaves Charles DeGaulle flies right over the top of your head. Noisy!
Nothing, we checked-in, saw the poor condition of the room and the sewage smell and quickly left the property and made a last minute reservation elsewhere.
The building is in terrible shape, the gentleman who checked us in was covered in something that looked like engine grease, the room smelt of sewage, the linen had cigarette burn holes, and when we asked for the front desk to call us a taxi to take us to another hotel, an unlicensed driver, most likely a friend of the guy at the front desk, showed up to take us to the new hotel and demanded 30 Euros for a 5 min drive. Worst experience of our 3 week trip.
very noisy because of airport near
The staff spoke good English and the wifi worked enough to by.
The room was filthy and the bed was full of cigarette burns. Wifi didn't reach the room so had to sit in reception.
We stayed in this hotel for three nights. It was very dirty and loud. The location of the hotel is pretty poor. We didn't know this before going there, but it is situated in a not very safe place around Paris. So if you prefer a safe and clean place, maybe you should choose another price category and move closer to Paris. In the first night it was extremely loud because of different groups of drunk people, mainly foreigners, and it was almost impossible to sleep. It is also very close to the airport and you can hear the noise of flying planes almost 24 hours a day. We would definitely recommend another place and by our next visit also choose a better hotel.
The wifi did not work and there is no shuttle from cdg
No shuttle bus to the airport and taxi costs 30 euro each way. Staff were not very helpful or accommodating. Next time I would pay a little extra and stay somewhere better.
very noisy (close to airport) next time i better sleep in my car....
It was the worst hotel I've ever seen. Very noisy because of the thin walls, small room and even smaller and stinky bathroom. No internet connection...
pretty much everything - had to wash all clothes which smelt of cigarettes as previous guests obviously smoked in the rooms. However the worst part was the swarms of men in cars arguing in the carpark until 6.30 in the morning.
Smell in room, door did not close properly, poor heating.
near airport, ordered shuttle to airport (reasonably priced)
Reception barely spoke English, room had a very thin wall facing the outside and was freezing until we cranked the heat all the way up, the bathroom is literally like a portapotty and quickly flooded after a short shower. The comforter had a cigarette hole in it and the bathroom was dirty. Wifi barely picked up in the second floor room and had to go to the lobby just to get a decent connection. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is close to CDG if you have an early flight (like I did, though I realized I probably should have just risked it from the city as this quality). The noise came not just from overhead planes (to be expected) but the neighborhood. I have stayed in other airport hotels and this was by far the worst.
