The receptionist was nice and very helpful. The room was quite noisy, you could hear the neighbours talking and the sound from their televisions and every time a door was opened or closed. It's a shame more thought isn't put into sound proofing. Having said all that I would stay again as the location was perfect for me and of course the price.

Convenience - good assistant Manager, spoke English - comfortable bed Disappointing choice of breakfast food. One normally expects (and gets) croissant included in the selection, there were none and it seems, there never are. This could be improved. Also perhaps a small selection of meat/cheese for those who do not like sweet things like jams and cakes. Convenient restaurant next door, where you get a 15% discount. All in all, excellent value for money.

Much better than the one in Rouen, cleaner and more organized. The little village is quite nice. Breakfast in the hotel is ok. All the rooms still smell of smoke unfortunetly.The rooms are too small.

It was a place to get our heads down for the night after a long ferry trip and was en route to our destination the next day. Good that the breakfast for the children was free, nice touch. Pillows could've been a bit more comfy and the room a little cleaner but I guess for the price we couldn't argue too much!

Good Location for overnight stay for either arriving late in France or travelling early next morning to Britain Rooms are somewhat different to your Budget type locations in Britain. They remind you of cells unfortunately. You have to just use them as very basic overnight stay. You couldn't spend much time in them.

We also got 15% discount for a dinner at the restaurant in the neighbourhood. We asked to have both rooms close to each other and it was arranged. I will never stay more then 1 night in a hotel of this type (Premiere Class, Etap, Formule 1). The rooms are sooooooooo small that you can hardly breathe. The window was so small. Bed clothers are strange, a blanket and a sheet. One for two persons on the double bed. Not very comfortable, I had to take a sleeping bag from the car, to sleep comfortably.

Good restaurant next door. Quiet location. Good for the early morning ferry. Very small room, shower cubicle very outdated. Not much to do or see in the evening, e.g. no local bars or restaurants apart from the hotel restaurant next door. Unable to use the automated check-in facility due to use of the Booking.com website.

Situation geographique! A part cela rien de bien motivant! Hygienne! Pas de javel utililisé,j'ai acheté et néttoyé personnellement le coin sdb! La porte d'entrée de ma chambre! Draps troués!!! Pommeau de douche à changer! Ainsi que le robinet!, Peronnel peu agréable,fumant dans le couloir donc ne pas laisser sa petite fenêtre entre ouverte! Hotel bruyant! Demande de chambre en rdc non exauscé! Merci lol ;)Quand à la clientèle bruyante à pas d'heure dans les couloirs!... Manque d'éducation de courtoisie de savoir vivre!! Simplement Mais cela, n'est pas du ressort de la direction bien que signalé par une affiche à l'entrée!et vi à 41 euros la nuitée...

Pas grand chose. La situation de l'hotel nous convenait car proche de la famille que nous visitions.Il y avait d'autres hotels à proximité que nous essayerons la prochaine fois mais nous ne retournerons cetainement pas à Première Classe Saint Malo malgré le prix attrayant de la chambre La vétusté de la chambre et le manque de propreté.

Facile d'accès. Restaurant Campanile à coté Prés de la ville de St Malô chambre silencieuse on n'entend pas les voisins (ils ont pourtant fait la fête , réveillon du nouvel an) Nous étions au dernier étage et nous avions une légère odeur nauséabonde dans le lavabo....?
