Convenient and close to the motorway

A bit cramped but acceptable for one night

It was 27th August. We were very tired and in transit from our campsite in Messanges to Caen. I was able to book the hotel from our caravan on the Friday online, from your very clear website. We were booking last minute because we had to get home 1 day early due to a family emergency. We had problems getting to Chateauroux because of traffic jams on the way and the only way I could contact your hotel to warn them that we would be late was via my son's ipod, from which I picked up the internet. Because it was a busy day for travel and there were traffic jams around Bordeaux the orange network was down. As a gmail customer the service I get piggy backs on the orange network and so I was lower priority than other customers and couldn;t get through to warn your hotel staff that we would arrive after 8, in the prescribed way. Your staff are obviously efficient enough to monitor their emails, even after their cut-off deadline of 8pm (ours was sent just before 8pm). I had no way of getting a reply as we had to leave the wifi environment to drive on. However the member of staff on duty was quite clearly in residence at the desk when we arrived. He had clearly been waiting for us and went outside and locked the gates once we were in. We had come from a caravan, where we had been cold each night, certainly for the 4 days prior to our departure.Your rooms were very comfortable and just the right temperature. The breakfast was just what was required, especially the coffe and hot milk. Our children, aged 14, 12 and 6, loved all the little touches at breakfast, like your toaster, which was a luxury item to us Brits, in spite of your country's lovely croissants and bready breakfast goods. So I would like to say Thank you Hotel Premiere classe

The only problem we had was that the number that I had noted down from the website only works from France as it is a special rate number. This seems brilliant until you realise that the fact that the number works from France is irrelevant if you are on a mobile phone with a British sim card. Thankfully, because we have tomtom, we were able to get the directline number from it but other travellers from the United Kingtonm might not have that luxury, especially if they are coming by means other than by car or are more old school and use maps

Very easy to find just off the a20, ample secure parking. Basic but very clean room perfect for an overnight motorway stop. Couple of restaurants close by. Dogs welcome too. Breakfast quite basic but sufficient.

Good bed

It was very inexpensive. Not far from the autoroute. Close to a number of relativley inexpensive fast food outlets

Not welcoming. No staff on duty, everything is done via touch screen. Rooms are very basic and bland. Miniscule bathroom and only one towel per person. Given everything is so basic and cheap quality its interesting to note the messages posted around the room advising that all damages must be paid for. Postcode is incorrect for the location (its takes you another 2miles). Close to the autoroute so theres lots of traffic noise. Some distance from nice restaurants

Très bon accueil téléphonique, et le reste des prestations correct.

Forte odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre (très désagréable). Couverture dessus de lit malodorante. Procédure d'accès au parking fermé après 21h pas toujours évident.

J'ai apprécié la disponibilité

Bien concu mais un peu étroit pour un séjour de longue durée.

L'amabilité des personnels d'accueil, le calme de l'endroit. Le rapport "qualité:prix" très intéressant. Le petit déjeuner à moins de cinq euros, "à volonté", suffisant et de qualité acceptable. Bon café !!

Facile d'accès à la sortie de l'autoroute. Pratique pour une halte avant de poursuivre sa route.

Salle de bain vraiment trop exiguë : difficile se doucher correctement ou de se vêtir.

Personnel très agréable, confort de la chambre et petit déjeuner très convenable par rapport au prix. Parking fermé
