Cheap and cheerful. staff very helpful and arranged for us to stay for extra nights when we had problems with a motorbike. sheets changed every day. breakfast pretty good for the money. easy access to main roads showers and rooms a bit small, but it was cheap and better than being in a tent

Not much It was to small, very noisy, not very clean, and the spare bunk bed went over the double bed and if you stood up quick it was very dangerous. Cigarrete burn marks everywhere, no plug in the sink, dirty pillows. We were not impressed.

Breakfast staff was very friendly, Reception person the night we arrived was very unfriendly and unprofessional, It was dirty and smelled of cigarettes, The bed linen was worn and dirty,

Good location for shopping and sightseeing. Very good dining just next door. The shower was too small and since the drain was slow it was necessary to turn off the water frequently and that made resuming the flow at at decent temperature somewhat difficult.

Rien ! toujours aussi moche et vieux ! Très bruyant, et les chambres sentent mauvais. Les sanitaires sont déglingués. Cet hôtel ne survit que parcequ'il est le seul de sa catégorie sur Soissons ! Il aurait déja fermé si un concurant arrivait sur cette ville !

Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe dans ce genre d'hôtel: on a l'impression d'être écrasé dans une petite chambre avec un lit au dessus de la tête et une minuscule fenêtre. De plus les clients arrivent à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit et font énormément de bruit. En aucun cas je ne reprendrai un hôtel de cette gamme.

Hotel defraichit,chambre a renover,dejeuner pitoyable,cafe pain beurre demi sel, pas d'autre choix,pas de laitage,juste la tele avec les infos,la receptionniste doit gerer l'acceuil,le dejeuner,le telephone,bon c'est un premiere classe ,pas trop de choix d'hotel sur soissons dommage

En faite ce que je n'apprecie, et ca dans toute la chaine premiere classe que nous visitons un peu partout en France, c'est que nous reservons une chambre pour trois personnes et les serviettes de toilette ne sont prevu que pour deux, nous sommes rester plusieurs jours dans certain etablissement et chaque jours nous descendions en demander une troisieme. Ce probleme a été vécu dans 100 pour 100 de nos visites. Pour une question de confort merci de trouver une solution pour l'avenir. Merci d'avance. Cordialement

En arrivant 5 minutes après les horaires d'accueil, accompagné d' une personne en fauteuil roulant, j'avais égaré le code de la réservation, j'ai demandé au réceptionniste toujours présent si il pouvait me confirmé la réservation, celui m'a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien pour moi, et m'a souhaité bonne chance si cela avait été fait par internet, avec un air peu intéressé et désagréable

Du bruit, une douche déplorable, un lavabo sans bouchon, pas de savon. 42€ c'est cher. C'était la 1ère fois pour moi dans un hôtel de ce type. Ce sera aussi la dernière. Même à 12 ou 15€ de plus, je préfére sans hésitation un campanile, kyriad ou ibis.

Les tarif ne baisse pas mais l'hôtel est dans un état le plus lamentable, les peinture sont sale, les éclairage sont tellement faible qu'il va falloir se munir de lampe de poche et encore je ne parle pas des portes et fenêtre qui ferme très mal et ou le vent passe...

“The hotel was located on the edge of town and easy to find. It was in a semi-urban area so not surrounded by offices and light industry as is often the case. Arrived at 8:45pm. Checkin was easy, the one member of staff was helpful and efficient but the restaurant was closed so we had to travel up into the town for something to eat.
