Location near to the Airport and outskirts of Paris.

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel, but when we arrived at the reception staff told us that the hotel is full and they have not any rooms. How it is possible that it could happened? We have confirmation of our booking, but it is only paper or mail. It never happened before in many visited places. We waste our money and time to find another hotel.

The bathroom door was broken , smokers had burnt the floor in anon-smoking room. The taxi to the airport was a rip off- not the hotel's fault.

nothing, staff rude, almost lost my flight because the stupid front desk person who has an attitude.

Good value for money, 24 h reception, staff is friendly, buses are running quite often, so there is no problem to get to Paris.

No particular problems, location is not very convenient if you are for the first time in Paris

I stayed in this hotel for couple of nights whilst visiting paris and wot can I say abt this. To start with this is not a hotel, it is a safe store with beds in it. From the inside it looks like a micro static caravan. The bunk beds are horrible, not enough space and height...so if you have small children, avoid all times. Bathroom is the masterpiece of all, there are no towels, no other bodywash or shampoo...not atleast bathroom mats....so when one person takes shower and comes out the whole room becomes wet. It totally sucks, I will never come to this hotel again though it is cheaper and receptionist was rude too. So anyone reading this review stay far from it.

When a hotel advertises being bilingual, one expects that to be true! The staff were barely able to help me (and in fact, I had to seek help elsewhere most of the time...) because of their lack of command of the English language (which they prominently advertised!)

The room was pretty clean.

It was in the worst location. There were no facilities, Internet, information about travel to Paris, ect. Porbably the worst place I have ever stayed in.

Communication, language barrier and the TV also in France when tourist are from different countries with diferent languages. l supporse thats not friendly for the whole weekend. toilet and shower are too small.

Le prix (via une réservation via booking.com, proposant le meilleur tarif comme souvent). Le calme au petit déjeuner. (à nuancer car je suis parti très tot). Un petit déjeuner " classique" a bon rapport qualité/prix. La disponibilité du personnel. Le parking sans frais (contrairement à ses voisins).

Le bruit ( des voisins sans gènes) pensant que personne doit travailler le weekend de l'ascension). Un lit double de piteuse qualité. Un wc avec une problème de chasse d'eau. Des traces de brulures de type cigarettes dans la sdb, la chambre, des taches sur le mobilier. Des traces d'humidité et moissisures dans la sdb. Des voisins sans gènes, certes en choissisant un low-cost, rien de vraiment surprenant sur un départ en gros week-end. A l'avenir je ne choisirai pas cet hotel, quitte à payer plus cher, mais pour être vraiment au calme. Des chambres pas vraiment isolées (bruits). Pas de navette avec l'aéroport cdg.

Dorrmir au campanile

Réservé chambre un lit double, eu au départ 2 petits lits. Suite à réclamation, lit double, sommier défoncé et cassé. Réclamation, dormi au campanile. 2Eme fois que nous dormons dans un premiere classe, 2 eme fois que le sommier est cassé et aucun dédommagement ou geste commercial

L'accueil du matin, le petit déjeuner, proximité des commerces. Hôtel à proximité du commissariat..

Matelas hs remplacé sur demande mais nouveau matelas un peu vieux. Quartier pas du tout agréable.
