Buffet breakfast was cheap. Facilities were very good and the rooms were very comfortable Quite far from the city center. We had to take a tram and a bus to get to the hotel.

Comfortable hotel. Good breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable rates. Too far away from the city centre. Necessary to take both a tram and a bus.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is far out from the city and only suitable if you have a car. Relying on public transport requires you to take a bus and a tram to get there! The reception looks fairly shabby as well.

All staff extremely courteous, pleasant and helpful. Location! Area extremely shabby and dirty, lack of pavements and those that were there were full of potholes and uneven making walking an extremely hazardous sport! Members of the party suffered sprains to ankles and knees caused by the uneven terrain. Lack of amenities, no bar or restaurant, and very poor amenities in the locale of the hotel.

We were visiting the Medoc, just north of Bordeaux and also went into the city. If travelling by car it is ideally placed for both. I couldn't speak for public transport, although it is near the Exhibition Centre so should be well served. There is a large supermarket not too far away and a small number of restaurants within walking distance. The manager was friendly and extremely helpful. Not really an area for local colour!

reception was very helpful, clean rooms at a good price. The location is not so good if you don´t have a car. We found ourselves stuck at night because there was no bus service.

next to a bar and restaurant. Close to freeway (autoroute). limited English with staff, but ok for the price and services offered. Was told outside gate was not working, however arrived late at night after a visit to the city to see the gates locked, luckily a car was in front of us.

Dommage!
