It is a comfortable hotel. Walking distance from SNCF train station. The host almost couldn't speak English. But, all the services printed on the table will help you. Clean, and warm. Cost saving.

It's very central and cheap. I wasn't a fan of the cigarette burns on the carpet and the blanket on my bed. There are no phones in the rooms to get wake up calls, no tea or coffee pot, the desk was very small and the curtains were dirty. My room was also very dim, the lights were not strong and in weird positions but I guess that only affects you if you're reading/ working.

Staff was very accomodating. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke and I was reluctant to reve my shoes in the room. Not a hotel to bring a child to.

The coffee was good, The hotel was looking tired and in need of redecorating, the lifts seemed to be on the edge of breaking down, the corrodors were dark and unwelcoming, the facilities for breakfast while clean were very limited, only good point was the coffee. The info on the website stated that there was a resturant, this turned out to be the breakfast room..

Its closeness to the centre The room was too hot and I had to open a window to cool the room. It was then too noisy from the noise outside.

It was quite basic but sufficient for our needs as we only wanted overnight accommodation as we were travelling to southern France. We were grateful for the secure parking there as we didn't want to unload the car. En suite was very small and not easy to access. Room was in close proximity to neighbouring properties and room was overlooked especially en suite which had no covering on the window which was fine during the day but not at night!!

Good location at a value price. Paid 29 Euro per room. Didn't bother with the breakfast which was pretty basic and went to a local cafe instead. The hotel is no more than 5 mins walk from the old city which has fabulous buildings and cobbled streets and also 5 mins from the Place Republic where there are loads of restaurants cafes etc Decor was a bit tired which made room look dirty although I don't think it was. Hotel has an underground car park which I intended using ( 6 Euro extra) unfortunately the access was so low that my car with a roof box on the top couldn't fit under the door arch. Decided to park my car on the street ( free after 7pm and Sundays or go just across the river where it is free all the time). I had 3 bikes on the back of my car so asked if I could just leave the bikes in the garage for safety overnight. I was told it was 3 Euro per bike. Ridiculous considering it would only have cost me 6 Euro for the car & bikes if I could have got in under the stupid low door!

The breakfast room was bright and cheery. The bed was very comfortable. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, despite it being a non-smoking hotel. Staff were helpful providing room-freshener spray but did not want to pursue previous occupant. The bathroom was poorly appointed - no towel rails, only one small towel each - no hand towels, no bath mat. There were three blown light globes, including the only light in the bathroom. The room was not clean,

The hotel is very convenient for the city centre; it has a small indoors secure car park. Breakfast is basic but at E 4.8 good value. The room was basic and clean. The shower room was small, no shelve for tooth brush etc.

They are open 24 hours a day, so you can show up at anytime to check in. It is cheap and clean. It feels like a hostel, so don't expect any frills.

Central location, 24h reception Staff, although very friendly and trying to be helpful, gave wrong information about parking possibilities. There was a water infiltration and dripping water in the room.

Cool location: old town in 300 meters, lots of restorants. Clean and cheap hotel. Guys at reception should better learn english. This is Le Mans, center of international motorsports! I have a problem with parking because of misundestanding next morning. Just clarify everything twice before use.

Very good location: easy walk to river ,old town and main town square. Secure parking in basement. Simple clean bedroom and bathroom. We got what we paid for. Breakfast also cheap and adequate. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Entrance a little confusing;at street level there is only a lobby with lift and entrance to car park. Reception on 2nd floor (signed as level 0 in lift). Street level -2. One way street; it must be approached from river quay and it is a little tricky to park while you go up to level 2 to ask for garage to be opened.

Unbelievably, it did take 45 minutes to check-in! However, the staff were friendly and tried their best. The room was compact, as was the shower room, but both were clean and tidy. All in all, I would stay there again as it represents excellent value for such a central hotel. Check-in!
