Close to aiport by shuttle but don't forget to note which premiere classe roissy you are going to the shuttle driver because there is two! ! facilities are ok, staff is professionnal, breakfast is ok, room was not top clean... Some hairs and junk remained. Beside will choose again for the price

The proximity for the airport and normally the kindness of the staff.

The welcome we received when we arrived was rather cold we had the impression that we were alot of trouble. I cannot help being in a wheelchair!!!!!!

In case you arrived from Charles De Gaulle Airport taxi don't go there is a free shuttle bus start inside the airport near the the north tgv train station because the taxi don't go to the hotel.

The bad in my room weren't unconfortable because old.

Nothing other than getting out of there leaving was the best thing about this place

I would like to say that it should be closed down, it was discusting the sheets on the bed were full of gnaw holes, the toilet (If you can it that) was discusting and the smell was vile. I would in future sleep on a park bench rather than stay here, we also all landed up coverd in bit marks. In conclusion a discusting,vile place that should be closed down.

shuttle bus, free of charge after negociation. with shuttle bus, easily go to CDG airport. Room is big and clean. Wifi is free of charge.

there is no shampoo & soap in room.

Booked on internet for a good value price but when i arrived check in the added 80 extra to price of room

Price change and cramped shower and toulet

Was supposed to be convenient to stay the night before our flight. Turned out the bus service was not to the air terminals but to a train station where we were left to walk a long way or to wait for another around the airport shuttle.

Wish the ad had stated how tiny the room was, and how cramped the bathroom/shower was. Best expressed as extremely spartan, but the room description sounded much better. The evening desk perso was not very helpful - had to ask and ask to get any information about the shuttle service from/to the airport, never learned from that person that the shuttle was to the train station pretty far from the terminal and required waiting for another shuttle.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good value as the children went free. We had a nice clean family room which served its purpose for a late arrival and early departure close to the airport.

We would have liked to have been able to get a drink in the hotel, or to take back to our room - but we did walk over to the nearby Campanile instead.

It was like staying in a camper. It was not a place I would look forward to staying at, but one I might put up with again.
