Price. It is okay if you only stay 1 night when travelling through. I wouldn't think of staying 2 nights in a row.

Onle people staying in the hotel could work the lifts to the floors where the rooms are. There is a 24 hour reception.

Location excellent for rer to airport and Paris, clean and comfortable, good restaurant next door hotel, secure lift system, plentiful breakfast, good value for money

Rooms are neat, near to cdg, walkable distance from rer.

Food prices in restaurent are very high. Box like bathroom and not even a soap available.

The room was dirty and the bed linen unchanged and dirty

Transport station near the hotel. Shopping center also near.

Poor service at reception, you always have to go to the other hotel

Toilet was too small. No cupboard for clothes storage. This is very strange

It was ok for the price and staying for one night before cachting my morning plane.

I thought that, as said on your internet site, that this hotel had a shuttle service from cdg airport. And worst of all there was no soap and toilet paper in the bedroom!!!!!!!!!!!

The facilities were very good.

Unfortunately the shower was too small, it was a bit difficult to manouvre when taking a shower. Also there was no hair dryer which is particularly helpful for women. Also the staff were professional but they could try a little more to help customers as much as they can.

The hotel was very comfortable and quiet

In the room suitable for disabled guests[215] the shower seat was broken from the wall though I did report this nothing was done about it.

Breakfast was very good value and the rooms were small but clean.

There was no staff available to help in the hotel we had to go to the hotel next door at any time of the day. The bistro opened very few hours and was extremely expensive. We have never stayed in any hotel before where we were unable to use the stairs. A member of our party found this very difficult.

hotel is 2 stops away from airport, very near to rer station, price is cheap, good only if you want to spend a night.

hotel is very far from central paris, looby outside the room stinks, hotel staff not helpful, not at all good hotel if visiting paris for 1st time,takes a lot of time to reach central paris, its cheap but lot of money goes in rer tickets, so no point staying at this hotel if you are tourist. so save your money and time by not staying in this hotel.internet did not work 1st 4 days out of 8 days i stayed. check in time is very late, i requested for early check in ,they didnot give me room early. staff does not speak english.overall do not stay at the hotel.find some hotel near central Paris.
