Première Classe Roissy - Villepinte Parc des Expositions  

Everything is so good! Extremely clean and organized. The staff there is also nice. The receiption is open for 24 hours. The hotel buildings are big like a residence place.

Location is good.

Shower is VERY uncomfortable, too small. Zero ergonomic! During night or early morning there is no person in reception.

Access to the airport and the woman at the front desk at the Kyriad who checked us in.

the location and the price are good for the staying near the airport. and the room are good for its price.

Price and easy access to CDG.

Hotel accodation was value for money

Breakfast was a very poor standard and not worth the €4.80 charged

Room was great, cleaned every day, wifi worked ok (around 3 Mbit/s at night), it's really close to the rer b station (Parc des Expositions), around 250 meters away. Great value for money. Bathroom was also ok, maybe a shower cabin is a bit small, but it serves the purpose, so no issues there. There's also a tv, but I haven't turned it on, so no idea what's on there :)

Staff was almost never at the reception, which can be a problem if you want to get a wifi password late at night (10 pm) or even in the morning (11 am). Check-in is from 2 pm, but the staff at the hotel next door (Kyriad) was very pleasant and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage there for a couple of hours. There was no refrigerator in the room.

Rude staff had the sleep sign on the door and everyday the house keeping would keep knocking on the door and trying to enter straight away with out waiting for a answer, receptionists hardly on the desk,none spoke English,vending machines taken the money without getting the product that we wanted,miles away from everything,

Clean modern hotel, right near the rail line between cdg and Paris central. Quiet rooms.

Shower was great,but cubicle was a bit squeezy.

Very cheep and clean room. Staffs are kind and helpful. Near from station.

The place is too far from the city centre and around the plaice is little bit doggy. One restaurant is inside the hotel, but there is extremely expensive and taste awful. Chips were burned, dried chicken and stinky sausage.

Train costs 8€ from the city to the hotel and 8€ from the hotel to the airport Due to construction work in the area it was quite challenging to find late in the evening

Closed to RER station.

-No restaurant around the hotel. -On holidays there is nobody at the reception. -Very bad collabolation with the Hotel-Kyriad next to this hotel on a holiday. Even if I have asked a help for "2 Minutes" to a person of the Kyriad-Hotel, who were in the Hotel Premiere for holiday assist (In the morning 01st, Apr.13), he has "refuged" to help me !!!!

It is good for a short stay and I like breakfast in that price. Staff is good at reception.

It's not far from airport and can come paid train not free shuttle found for this place. I got no enough time to check around but seems to be not any shopping or food place near there

Good location if You are going to visit exhibition center of Paris.

It's more like dormitory than hotel, very small rooms with thin walls, You can easily hear neighbors talking. Due to cheap price hotel was full of guests so all the breakfast was eaten by those who get up a little earlier so for us there was almost nothing to eat.

Need to fix mechanical support of the Shower head.

The WiFi did not work

Very quiet during the night because it is surrounded by office buildings. But very near to cdg airport and train station. This hotel offered a very strong Wifi which I like most.

Toilet is just too small. Quite a hassle to move within it. And very miserable if nothing to do during night hour. Very far from city travelling. In house tv not much channel to watch.

Good location if in transit at cdg. Public bus from airport stops in front of the hotel (line 350). Good fast and free internet. Ikea and other shopping options are 10-15min walk away.

For hairdryer you had to rent it from their neighbour hotel - taking extra time. Also they were offering just a triple room at booking and also charging 3 persons City Tax, while I was just staying alone. They are also very strict with check-in time, 1400 sharp and not even a minute earlier. Small heater for keeping the room warm on the colder winter days.

Great value for money! I would recommend if you are a world traveler. Wi-fi in the room. Good restaurant just next door.

Small shower room. Lack of information about the RER station "Parc des Expositions"(direct trains do not stop here).

The price. The bartender at Kyriadnext door who gave me some bread and cheese at 11pm.. nice guy.

Total absence of information about finding the place. I took a shuttle from CDG that went to 2 Premiere Classe, neither of which was yours!! I had to get a taxi back to Villepinte! Your website needs to explain! Also the room was cold!

Room too small could barely fit in shower food too expensive, especially when nearest food store 30-60mins round trip walking. Staff not very helpful. 5 € for breakfast that was basically bread and coffee. Considering you can go to mcdonalds and purchase a full meal for same price

It has the parc de expositions station and the airport really close, therefore you can travel to Paris and the airport really conveniently. The price for the room is really cheap and the room can take up to 3 people. The staff from the kyriad (sister hotel next door) is great!

The rooms are extremely small, up to the extent that there is almost no room for the luggage. The shower is so small that's nearly impossible to take a bath.
