Receptie: Florense !! was very kind.
Breakfast was not enough for on the bread.
I liked the park next door for a lovely walk !
The room was damp and smelt musty. The heating system did not work, the air conditioning did not work, no signal on TV Pillows as flat as a pancake so uncomfortable night. To top it all, getting up Sunday morning 13 June 2014, and looking forward to at least a good shower; not a chance!!! NO WATER. Managed to wet my face from just a trickle of cold water from the basin tap. Went down for breakfast and complained to lady receptionist, she had the audacity to tell me I was the only one to complain. Not only our group but most of the guests coming down for breakfast were queuing up to complain. Not only there was no apology but beggars belief was when we were told what could you expect when all the rooms were fully booked !!! If this is the attitude of whoever is in charge of running Premiere Class in Creil they might consider changing their profession and certainly not as a hotellier. The only bad experience I have had with Premiere Class was at Creil otherwise have been very satisfied with service at other Premiere Class hotels.
the hotel is in serious need of a refurb - it is run down and grubby looking. Everything is old, mouldy and torn - including the bedding and curtains. A real disappointment as we have stayed at many of these hotels in different locations and have always been satisfied with them.
Staf was quite friendly, though not all understood English. Though we booked for 4 nights, they have shown a degree of flexibility - upon arrival they let us decide if we wish to pay all nights or not. Lidl store and bus stop 3 minutes walking distance. Unlike some from other chambers, we were lucky to have water.
Extra slow Internet connection (in tens of kb/s). Very small chambers. Only one electric socket. Experienced fireworks outside - very noisy. We didn't have a car and the bus connection to Creil was limited, especially on Sunday.
Too small room
the hotel was near to where we needed to beso it was very convienient
the shower was a wet room, the shower head was situated in a silly possition right into the right hand corner also it was broken so the water sprayed over the cutain absolutley flood the mirror all across the two sinks down onto the toilet hence no dry place to put towels ect. large cobwebs in bedroom and drink stains running down wall behind the table the pillows were so tiny& flat that you might as well went without and the cover on bed had burns on so not very attractive the whole thing could have been put right for about 20 euros
