The staff were helpful, it was clean, air conditioning and wasn't TOO far from the centre. The beds were not comfy in the slightest, the pillows were hard and the bed was too, rising in the middle, made it difficult to sleep well. I don't see how on earth it was a 4* hotel, nice as it is I am surprised it even qualifies for 3 stars. Breakfast is extortionate for what you get and to be honest i would not have expected to pay half as much as i did for this hotel had i known what it was like - and i got a reduced price deal! |

The breakfast was really good. The room was very small and your price was appropriate. The original price, of 309 euros listed in the official website for that room, would have been extremely expensive. The hotel, although situated very central, is very quiet, that is a big plus. Furniture of the rooms should be improved |

Hotel location was very good. Had everything you needed, very clean staff very helpful. The bed was large but the mattress was not very comfortable. |

Helpful staff . Clean room. Good location The room was comparatively small,but acceptable. This was Paris,so the value for money was fair in comparison to other places. it was nearer to three stars then to four. |

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, beautifully decorated hotel, tasty breakfast, free minibar,... The only letdown was the staff on duty for breakfast on Sunday, which were unfriendly and had to be asked for cutlery, plates, coffee,... after ignoring us for 10 minutes waiting at a dirty table. |

The Room's were beautiful, staff were friendly, and breakfast was excellent. Room's were too small, too hot in Hotel, the breakfast room could have been bigger!! Its a fantastic Hotel with an amazing location ,just think its expensive for what you get!!! |

The staff were always courteous and helpful, acknowledging us each time we entered and left this small hotel. Our room faced the inner courtyard and as such was very quiet at night. The room was small but extremely comfortable, with a large bathroom. The parking outside the front door was a great bonus, as it meant we could leave stuff in the car rather than bringing everything into the room with us. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends. Somewhere to put suitcases when they are emptied. I guess we could have asked the staff to store them for us but did not think of this until we had left! |

Free internet The location was not as expected and the hotel was small and not to 4 star standard as advertised. This hotel is more like a 2 star hotel. |

We stays in this hotel for three nights. Room was very comfortable, clean and had a good airconditioning. Hotel staff was very pleasant and speaks good English. Parking spot in front of hotel was very pleasant. The shower sometimes gave a short time of cold water. This often is a problem in hotels, can anyone find a solution for this :) |

I love this hotel. The staff were open, friendly, welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The garden is quite lovely, the hotel spotless and beautifully designed, the beds are to die for... they are so comfy! The rooms was perfect and I am picky! Location is good, there is parking which was important, and a wonderful patisserie across the road! |

Staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was good and on site parking was useful. The free mini bar of soft drinks was a nice touch. The hotel was approximately 5 - 10 mins walk from a metro station which was a doddle at the start of the day but more than our feet needed after a day sightseeing. |
