Location is very covenient, the hotel is small so you feel quite comfortable. Reception staff is very friendly but due to limited nr of staff waiting time is rather long at rush morning hours. One of the main reasons to stay is access to internet however free access was impossible and speed of commercial provider was slow to work in room.I would reccomend more attention to cleanliness of bathroom/WC |

Smart and modern design. 1St time that the reception/concierge offered a quick "tour" of the hotel facilities upon arrival. The minibar drinks were free of extra charge, which is a first, too. Orange juice, two bottles of small Evian water, Badoit bubble water, coca-cola... Exactly what you'd like. And absolutely clean! No trace of previous guests. I wish there was a bathtub and a kettle... I found eur 19.00 breakfast was expensive. We did the "Express" breakfast eur 5.00 on the first morning, and we definitely didn't eat 4 times more (eur 5.00 times 4 = eur 20.00) at the eur 19.00 breakfast. I wish they could make a eur 10.00 that's got a decent bread (with the Express breakfast, you have only a miniature of croissant) and a few cups of coffee/tea. |

Excellent location, not very large room (standard double) but having a nice design. Quiet rooms despite the loud from the crowded street. Very friendly staff, excellent cleaning services. Very good position on a street with supermarket, French bakery, brewery with affordable prices and excellent food. Small parking and difficult to use it, and I find expensive the price for using it. |

Staff, location. The rooms too small, but then again the Paris hotels do not have large rooms. Wi-Fi working with interruptions. |

Staff was extremely friendly and courteous, location is superb, only a short walk from the Arc the Triomph and loads of restaurants and shops. Nice cafe/restaurant next door as well for a great café au lait. Comfortable, spacious bedroom, beautifull hotel all together. Parking area is extremely small and with a bigger car almost impossible to get into, beds are quite hard and the shower changes temperature. All minor details as I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! |

The staff were helpful, it was clean, air conditioning and wasn't TOO far from the centre. The beds were not comfy in the slightest, the pillows were hard and the bed was too, rising in the middle, made it difficult to sleep well. I don't see how on earth it was a 4* hotel, nice as it is I am surprised it even qualifies for 3 stars. Breakfast is extortionate for what you get and to be honest i would not have expected to pay half as much as i did for this hotel had i known what it was like - and i got a reduced price deal! |

The breakfast was really good. The room was very small and your price was appropriate. The original price, of 309 euros listed in the official website for that room, would have been extremely expensive. The hotel, although situated very central, is very quiet, that is a big plus. Furniture of the rooms should be improved |

Helpful staff . Clean room. Good location The room was comparatively small, but acceptable. This was Paris,so the value for money was fair in comparison to other places. it was nearer to three stars then to four. |

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, beautifully decorated hotel, tasty breakfast, free minibar,... The only letdown was the staff on duty for breakfast on Sunday, which were unfriendly and had to be asked for cutlery, plates, coffee,... after ignoring us for 10 minutes waiting at a dirty table. |

The staff were always courteous and helpful, acknowledging us each time we entered and left this small hotel. Our room faced the inner courtyard and as such was very quiet at night. The room was small but extremely comfortable, with a large bathroom. The parking outside the front door was a great bonus, as it meant we could leave stuff in the car rather than bringing everything into the room with us. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends. Somewhere to put suitcases when they are emptied. I guess we could have asked the staff to store them for us but did not think of this until we had left! |
