Excellent hotel in Paris for business or pleasure. I have stayed twice in the last month and both times the staff were very attentive and friendly. Food and drinks were good as well. I would recommend to any one looking for a 4 star under 160euro. |

It was a very convenient location, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the accommodation clean and comfortable. The gardens were beautiful but as we spent most of our time outside the hotel we did not get to benefit from them. It would have been nice to get a drink later than 10pm. The breakfast was expensive at €19 but we were aware of this from the comments on the website and had breakfast in our room from the patissserie across the street. |

The room size was large for an European hotel room so close to the center of Paris. All the amenities (thick bath towels, upscale bath, in-room refridgerator, wireless) were present. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room layout was a bit awkward. The toilet (water closet) was not close to the bathroom, and tucked in a small closet near the head of the bed. |

We chose this hotel after the reading the reviews of your previous clients, namely; non-smoking hotel (so the rooms did not smell of smoke), location, friendly and helpful English speaking staff, great restaurants nearby and the fact the photos advertised were in fact representative of the hotel. No, we intend staying at this hotel when we vacation next in Paris. |

The staff were great and the room was well maintained but a little small. We didn't take the breakfast as there was a shop and bakery across the road that was much better value for money. price of breakfast |

One morning for breakfast there were no croissants left when we got there. Ok, we were a bit late but within 2 minutes there were fresh ones which the waiter got across the road. This is a great hotel with a beautiful garden, very nice rooms, very good staff and a great location. I would recommend this hotel to everybody!!! |

My friend and I stayed at this hotel and felt like we were staying at a five star hotel! The staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is nicely decorated, modern and clean. The location was great, about 2 blocks from the Arc de Triumphe and a 10 min. Walk from the Charles DeGaulle/Etiolle metro station. Breakfast was expensive at 18 euros per person. |

Myself and 12 year old granddaughter stayed for 3 nights. Terrific!!! The efficient, friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to assist us; it did not matter that our use of the french language was very limited. We hope to stay again at this gem of a hotel. Merci |

The staff was very kind to give us a glass of wine at the pretty garden. Kind at any time and we had a good memory for our first visit to Paris. The entrance of gate was too narrow. |

Good location of hotel with good restaurants and station close by. The staff we met or dealt with were excellent, in particular, Sofia. She went out of her way to correct a minor detail and her assistance was exceptional. She knew what she was doing, well organised and had a good sense of humour. The hotel is a beautiful place to stay and would stay there again. Nothing at all - all perfect. |

The hotel is in an excellent location: close to any cafes or retail and also close to the Metro. The interior of the hotel looks exactly as pictured. The staff is extremely warm and responsive. Our room was absolutely perfect. |

Very nicely located hotel in the center of Paris. Looks much better than the website pictures. Comfortable, quiet and friendly staff. Expensive breakfast, though. |
