Score from 590 reviews Wonderful
Good hotel, I would always return
The standard rooms are nicest, superior room a bit too old and too expensive...
It is a short walk to many great restaurants, and the Arc de Triomphe, and the Eifel tower wasnt very far either. Rooms were clean, nice and very comfortable
Welcome, personnel friendliness, cleanliness, location, comfort, cosy bedrooms
Parking is too small
Breakfast . Position Small hotel Friendly
Black color in bathroom and dark color in bedroom .but we will come back in Regent's garden .
Nice and polite staff. Cosy and comfortable hotel.
The breakfast was rather poor for the amount paid. Sitting in the restaurant was awful.
Beautiful boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Paris. Easy access to public transport. The hotel is tastefully decorated; friendly efficient service. We had requested for an early check in and this was obliged. We would definitely stay here again!
English spoken by staff. The wonderful deli a crossed the street. Ease to subway. Garden. Staff so wonderful and helpful.
Location was quite still in a central location Room comfort Good quality breakfast Cleanliness
Room price was expensive for a classic Room Breakfast was expensive
Very friendly , helpful , good area to spend a few days in Paris , if your fit you could walk to many sites . thanks for a good stay
Awkward to get into shower !! Breakfast expensive much better value at near by cafe / bread shops .
Good and friendly staff throughout the whole Hotel Would stay here again
We had a front room little noisy with the Bar next door!
Everything!, location, service the property itself, and the price!. It was a total package that gave all the creature comforts you would want from a franchised hotel, without compromising that authentic Paris experience.
a great room - while a bit small - still had everything you would find in a luxury hotel. a great use of space. garden was an oasis in the city - perfect place for a drink or two, staff was very friendly and eager to help with restaurant suggestions to checking train schedules. we'll be back.
room size bathroom interior design
ground floor room overlook a parking breakfast lacks bread variety
The staff were really helpful, the bed was really comfort for sleeping.
small room size
location staff service room facilities free bar garden was beautifull
the room was to small for the money
Staff was totally helpful and professional.
Each member of staff we dealt with was extremely pleasant and helpful. Was in good location, plenty of good restaurants around and at most a 10 minute walk to two different Metro stations. We had the 'speedy breakfast' on our last morning, ie croissants, pastries, bread, orange juice and coffee - brilliant value and we wished we had taken advantage of this throughout our stay
First room we had was very small, no drawer space and to the front of the hotel was quite noisy with the window open. We asked for a move and staff took time to find another room for us to the rear overlooking the beautiful garden. Was a bit roomier than the first room we had but still quite small. To be fair though this is very common in Paris and we would definitely stay in this hotel again
Parking private area if you are lucky for 6 cars( not for big cars), free parking public after 19hrs till 9 morning!! Parking police come around 11hr. Location is good. Free minibar only water, juice and Coke.
Very small toilet and bathroom not for Dutch, German people!! Matras is hard, airco never working is to hot in winter and summer:(
room and bed nice
internet not worked for 4 days, not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.
This is a superb hotel in an excellent part of Paris. The Metro is less than 10 minutes walk, there's a superb food market and plenty of lovely shops and superb restaurants / cafés.
There's nothing I didn't like.... It would be lovely if the room rate was a bit cheaper - but that's more to do with Paris hotel prices in general. I didn't drive, but if you do the car park looks pretty tight, and I think they charge too :-(
Very impressed with the service, knowledge and friendliness of the staff. The room was big enough for our stay - enough room for a huge double bed, desk, fireplace, 2 chairs, big tv etc and en-suite in two parts (toilet separate to shower and sink). The bed was amazing - most comfortable I have stayed in anywhere ever!!! The hotel is just across the road to a mini supermarket (excellent) and a short walk up a hill to the arc de triomphe. Perfect position. We did not have breakfast here but instead chose to have pastries elsewhere. Would definitely make a return visit.
Nothing!! We were slightly worried about the big patterns in the rooms, from the web pictures, but in reality all was very calming and beautifully decorated.
Staff was very welcoming and friendly. All were extremely helpful when we needed directions, recommendations, etc. The room was beautiful and perfect for my daughter and me. Nice, quiet part of the city with just 10 minute walk to the metro.
Very clean. Wonderful design. Great location. The staff were amazing
Room is kind of small
Clean room and friendly staff. Offer transportation to airport for reasonable price.
Location can be a bit inconvenient for the first time visitor
The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. A couple of blocks from a great cafe for cappuchino and chocolate croissants! Close to subway and Arch de Triomph.
