Regent's Garden

Em primeiro lugar, o bom atendimento do staff, super atencioso e gentil. O quarto era amplo e confortável (especialmente para Paris). As instalações dos banheiros eram novas e a decoração era tradicional. Tinha wi-fi gratuito no quarto. O café da manhã, que estava incluído em nossa diária, estava muuito bom: variedade de pães, queijos, café expresso, máquina de ovo quente!, doces, croissants, yogurte, variedades de geléias! O local do café é pequeno, mas tem tudo. Tem um jardim interno para tomar café nos dias mais quentes. Bebidas não alcoólicas for free no frigobar e tem chaleira elétrica no quarto. Do outro lado da rua tem uma padaria, um chinês, o Carrefour, e tem uma farmárcia na esquina.

O elevador era minúsculo, mas a maioria dos hotéis em Paris são assim.

Do staff do hotel, da localização e decoração. O hotel está todo reformado e o pessoal é extremamente educado em tudo o que vc precisar. O café da manhã é excelente. Mto bem localizado perto de tudo e numa rua calma no Etoile. A atendente Sofia é portuguesa e pra nós brasileiros dá uma atenção especial.

The staff were helpful, it was clean, air conditioning and wasn't TOO far from the centre.

The beds were not comfy in the slightest, the pillows were hard and the bed was too, rising in the middle, made it difficult to sleep well. I don't see how on earth it was a 4* hotel, nice as it is I am surprised it even qualifies for 3 stars. Breakfast is extortionate for what you get and to be honest i would not have expected to pay half as much as i did for this hotel had i known what it was like - and i got a reduced price deal!

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, beautifully decorated hotel, tasty breakfast, free minibar,...

The only letdown was the staff on duty for breakfast on Sunday, which were unfriendly and had to be asked for cutlery, plates, coffee,... after ignoring us for 10 minutes waiting at a dirty table.

Beautiful hotel, very nice and polite staff. The first time I actually witnessed a "presentation" of the room upon arrival :)

The staff were incredible. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was great and the location was awesome. I will definitely stay there again.
