Very decent choice in Paris.

Very nice atmosphere at the hotel. The staff vas friendly and made us feel welcome and taken care of. The room was not too small and nicely decorated. Free coffee/tea and soft drinks in the room. The garden was Beautiful! We wanted To have our breakfast outside, and the staff was helpful although they didn't think it was warm enough! Overall a great experince and we would recommend it and stay there again.

The staff is very Friendly and knowledgeable about local eateries. They were organised with restaurants that will be open on 1st May. this was really helpful. Location was very good. Beautifull garden.

Staff were really nice and accomaditing and hotel was really clean.

Didn't get the room i thought I had booked and with the money I had spent and by the advertising on the internet lead me to believe it was a much nicer hotel than it really was.

The service at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal. I travel all over the world and rarely do you find such service as from their staff. They were happy, helpful, smiling, and flexible to help us with anything and everything.

Loved the friendly and helpful staff along with the beautiful room and surrounding gardens. Bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in in years! Small touches and attention to detail are things that really made this hotel excel.

Parking is a bit tight but that is to be expected for Paris!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, except let me wait 5 min for check- in because there was only one staff in the reception.the location is cool, 10 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe (the gate), in which you can find a metro station goes to almost everywhere without change. Some 200 euro per night ...hum.. A great hotel at this price.

The hotel is a bit small, but given the entire Paris does not have a real 'grand' hotel at all... So it is okay. My room was in the corner so it is even smaller...

One cute, kind of a boutique hotel. Love the decoration, the location and the customer service. The staff was phenomenal, very attentive and resourceful. You can also reach the hotel through Ternes metro station. 5 minute walk to the Arc du Triomphe and metro stations. Nice little restaurants around the area. Again we want to go back to Paris and stay there again. Great!!

The room was very small, cramped space bathroom.

the attention to detail and the individuality of the rooms, also the staff were friendly, efficient and approachable.

It's an amazing place ! the crew are extremaly nice and want to help ! smiling and caring. We had a great time ! It's 10 minutes from metro and just inforont a bakery, supermarket and 100 meters from the main avenue. perfect place ! :)

The design and facilities at the hotel. Very comfortable bed and it was very clean. Really nice area.

The staff were not trained well. One person walked into our room without knocking. I asked at reception if she could recommend a French brasserie but she sent us across town to a tiny empty coffee shop, we found this extremely fustrating as we didn't want to travel that far for something ordinary, there was nothing special about it to send us there, it was a waste of time. The restaurant next to the hotel would have been a better recommendation. The staff should know better at a 4star hotel.

A very comfortable and relaxing hotel which could easily become a place that you would want to stay whenever you are in Paris. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They decor is also modern and each room is different plus the garden is a wonderful extra feature.
