The Prima Lepic is conveniently located within Montmartre, roughly equidistant from Metro stations Blanche and Abbesses. Reception friendly and manned 24 hrs. Servicing of the room a little haphazard. Public areas seemed to be undergoing maintenance. Not quite the bijou experience I'd anticipated. |

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Bad organisation. Our "superior" room was stained, and not ready for us at 2pm. When we were eventually given the key there were no curtains or drapes over the 4 poster bed. We were transferred to an available standard room but not given any reduction in price .We were told that this was because the computer would not allow it. |

The hotel is in an excellent location, reception staff were very friendly, beautiful pasteries available throughout the day. The only fault is the lack of staff in the breakfast room, only one lady was working and although she did her best service was slow so extra staff are needed. |

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. I t is ideally situated for the metro and Montmatre area. We had a front room which was very nice but a bit noisy at night from the street. |

clean and fresh room. great location, friendly people at the desk. The breakfast setup was overbooked, too many people and too few tables. messy handling of cleaning/preparing the breakfast. food ran out during the breakfast and wasn´t refilled. weird coffee machine without instructions or english speaking breakfast-staff. The cleaning lady was early every day and did not understand any english. She started cleaning the rooms during breakfast, even though people had not checked out. some time between breakfast and cleaning would be preferable. |

Nice location and nice views from the room balcony. Breakfast was also pleasent. The room was very small and the bed too big; if there is something to change is the size of the bed... |

Hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! 24 hour reception. Decent location in the Montmartre. Included breakfast was nice - yogurt, ham, cheeses, breads, oj, etc. Room was very small but sufficient for my needs. |

Location. There was work in progress in the dining area which was a bit annoying. Another thing I didn't like was the phone in the room which didn't work and receptionist wasn't able to help in that matter at all. I couln't get any incoming calls which was very disappointing. The shaver's plug in the bathroom didn't work. |

Very good location - not far from Montmartre. Very clean bathroom.I Also liked friendly and pleasant staff. The one- bed room was very small. No mirror in the room. I was for two days without tv controle. The boiler for tea/coffee didn't work. I had to pay additional 2 Euros per day for in-room safe, which hasn't been mentionned in your offer. The breakfast starts daily at 7 am, but one day we had no butter, cheese and ham till 8.10 am. There was no fresh fruit with breakfast, just some fruit salad, obviously from some days ago.The price for such room is quite high - 102 Euros per day. |

The rooms were very clean and quite quaint. The whole hotel had a nice feeling to it, staff were polite and friendly to me and my grandparents who I was travelling with. Breakfast was quite nice and the pastries on offer in the waiting area all day were a lovely touch. I would go there again as they also upgraded my room from a single to a double at no extra cost so that I could be closer to my grandparents. The walls were a little thin. The area is not hugely central, but quite vibrant, especially on the Absesses. The red light district down the road is probably not for everyone. I thought it was fine though. |

Good Location The size of the bedroom was quite small, but as this was our first time staying in Paris we've had nothing to compare the room size to. |

The receptionist and the breakfast attendant was very nice, polite and kind. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from Blanche tube station and in a very chic area, Montmartre. The room was clean. The breakfast is great, everything you need to start a new day full of energy. The room (standard double) was smaller than expected, we peeked at a superior double room and it looked much nicer. |
