Very easy too find, very clean and goof bedding,staff was very helpfull too help us to find food at 23hoo

Good basic accommodation. Room was adequate, although the bed was a little short for my 6ft 4ins. Superb central location, which was our main reason for this booking, public car park across the road, walking distance from the old town and the Musee d'Unterlinden. Good value for a double room with en-suite though, but facilities only just up from a Formule 1 or similar.

Watch out for the rush on the parking in the evening! It is just along from a multiplex and gets very busy.

Terrible noise in the room from outside street. You either close the windows during the night to avoid hearing the cars going in the street but soon cannot breathe because of oxygen shortage or open the windows to get fresh air, but cannot sleep. If I slept in a park outside I would have had better feelings in the morning - I would have saved 70 Eur.

Staff helpful and polite.

I choosed the hotel based on the opinion found on the site but I must say I was disappointed. It looked more like a hostel and it was dirty, my reservation was for a family and the room had 1 bunk bed and a single bed. It was cheap but for the same price I had a much better hotel and experience the day after in Luxembourg. The bathroom was a box with no ventilation and the shower curtains were dirty. The room had a ventilation point blocked by a toilet tube roll and the all room needed a scrub, including the blankets.

Contrary to most of the opinions I read before going to this hotel, the rooms were renovated, very clean, with a kind of comfort to the extent that you don't really feel they are small. Breakfast is good. And the city center is just one minute away. There is a free parking in front but you could possibly find a place only later in the afternoon.

The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from the town centre. It is adequate and serves its purpose.

Good location for the old town district. Pleasant and accommodating trilingual staff. Substantial and efficiently organised breakfast (basic selections). Big car park directly opposite would be handy for car-bound visitors.

Affordable price, good location, parking facilities

Reception and front side of the building are very nice but rooms are really old and worn. Metal bunks were exactly same than in the army, they do not belong to hotel in 21st century. Very strong smell of urine in toilet and whole room. This hotel is obviously intended to cost consciousness customers.

Location is great. The hotel is about 200 meters from the old town, museums and restaurants. There is a huge free public parking lot in front of the hotel. The breakfast was ok considering its price of 6 euros.

The room was extremely freezy. I was cold the whole night even though the heater was on maximum. I guess it was not more then 14C inside. Avoid this hotel in winter time.

La gentillesse des 2 personnes qui se trouvaient à la réception. C'est un hôtel à recommander pour un séjour d'une ou deux nuits.

L'hotel corresspondait a mes attentes,simple ,personnel sympa et professionnel.c'est du grand luxe mais pour une visite de trois de colmar c'est tres bien.
