Walking distance to the city
Loud room neighbours
Good location to the seesights
Wifi was NOT working for my entire staying which was two nights... And the staff just told me that is for the whole building , and told me to stay in the reception at nights to use the wifi, which personally thought that was very unreasonal when you wanted to stay at your room and have a relax n resting nights, and plan your incoming trips with the internet....... Noisy Smelly entrance
Just a short walk to the old city. Staff extremely helpful. Free public car park outside but hard to get a spac but free on street right outside after 7pm. Rooms clean and comfortable. Flat screen TV with USB.
The rooms are very small but have all the bare necessities required. We were travelling across Europe and needed a place e to stay for one night so it was great with good access to the historic downtown.
Only twin beds were available. Parking was not available on site but there was street parking and a public lot across the street, both for a fee. The breakfast was okay but was not worth the 8€ per person fee, but it was at the hotel so you have to go looking.
Excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful centre of this picturesque town. Large public car park opposite. Fine for an overnight stay.
Room was very very small. Not really anywhere to put anything!! Luckily only there for one night and so no need to unpack properly. Fine for one night.
Hotel is in an excellent position for walking into the old city. Rooms basic but clean and friendly staff. Parking is available free of charge across the road in a public car park but you have to be lucky to get a spot
location was good- very central. Reception staff were very good.
Being in a roof space room with only a velox window. Breakfast staff looked as if they were not interested
Polite and helpful staff. Not much more to say I'm afraid.
Very small claustrophobic rooms. Rooms and bathrooms were very dark, specially as one of the few light bulbs was blown in the bathroom and also in the lift!! 24 hours to change the lift light bulb!! Breakfast was awful, a experience I would prefer to forget.
The staff helped with everything for us. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was ideal.
Friendly helpful staff and 24 hour manned reception. Central location.
Rooms just a little too small
Location, free parking
Lady on day shift very friendly a helpful, very convenient to gare viotte and tram, buses etc
Although bed and bathroom was spotless, my room (421) could have been cleaner, skirting board was very dusty in places and there was tea or coffee splashes up one wall
Parking available for free on street, convenient walk to city center. Clean & functional, nice staff.
Tiny room, tiny bathroom... But really all you need if you are just sleeping.
Parking spot opposite the street
Location (next to a busy street, impossible to sleep) No airconditioning (in a warm room, as we had to close the window to get some sound reduction) Tiny rooms Old beds Oh man, this has to be the worst hotel I've ever slept in. And then charge 70 something euros. The nerves!!)
The proximity of Hotel to the Old Town. The public car park by the Hotel.Good breakfast and hotel has friendly happy atmosphere.
Handle of shower room fell off. Not much else to dislike. The rooms are small but price much cheaper than hotel in next street.
This hotel had great customer service, even lent us an ice pack to keep some snacks cold. The front desk spoke english very well and had lots of great recommendations for tourist attractions. Also right beside "Subway" restaurant for a familiar meal. They allowed our luggage to be stored there after checkout so we could sightsee. Thank you so much for your help
Rooms could only accommodate 4 people so our family of 5 had to get 2 rooms. It was about a 20 minute walk from the main train station.
Needed toilet seat lid
Near to centre.
Filthy carpets. Lights in room faulty and probably dangerous. Unhelful, disinterested welcome at desk. No shower gel in bathroom. Completely empty.
The location was very convenient for me.
Quaint old town - quite interesting
size of room facilities cost cleanliness dangerous wiring - light hanging out of socket
staff on the front desk good wifi near to town centre
uncomfy bed (hard mattress, only one soft pillow) tiny room fan in bathroom didn't work
Not much, perhaps location, and Staff member Maria
Absolutely, horribly small rooms. The room was a nightmare experience. Terrible.
Reception Staff were top class
Big pile of dirty laundry outside lift for at least a couple of hours (late evening), the pile was a meter high and a real fire hazard. Hotel looked rundown and in urgent need of some investment. Cost was almost twice that of our previous hotel and very poor in comparison.
good place, good personnel. free parking in 200 meters from the hotel. Old town very close from the hotel and big supermarket.
