For eur29 to have a single private room, you can't beat! (Note that if you have 2 persons, you can enjoy the room as a double room, meaning that each person needs to pay eur14.5 Only!!!) But just like a reviewer's opinion, being cheap should not be excuse for being dirty! It's only a simple task to wipe off the super-obvious dirt on the room desk, or the super-obvious trash on the room floor!!!! Moreover, the common shower-room's automatic light is crazily stupid! I need to re- press it 4 or 5 times during my shower because it automatically turned itself off in a short time! Anyhow, for budget-conscious travellers who would like to enjoy some privacy once in a while during your trip in France or Europe, I would still recommend it!

Very smaaaallllllll room, camping beds, bad smell in the room, heat stopped during the night,problems with the sink. Three starred hotel is a very bad joke, this is not a decent hotel. Highly not recommended!

Only its location which is very close to the main attractions in the city

The only thing about the hotel that is good is its location. Its in the city centre with everything within walking distance Otherwise its a horrible place to stay...rooms are dirty and dingy and no one comes to change bed sheets , towels etc unless asked. I was on a holiday of Alsace region with my holiday and the stay at this hotel spoilt my entire vacation. During my 4 night stay, never ever was my room cleaned by the room service person. The first day, we were give horribly shabby blankets that made my boyfriend furious at the staff and we asked for better blankets. The room is extremely uncomfortable and smelly with bed full of bed bugs. My boyfriend got very bad allergy on skin due to bed bugs. Toilets are not attached and are dirty as well. The worst is the shower area ( a common shower...) whose dirty condition is hard to explain by words unless seen in reality. The whole corridor has a strange unpleasant smell... Over all its not a hotel I would recommend unless someone has no other options left...And for young couples, I would never ever recommend this hotel unless they want to spoil their holidays as we did.

The breakfast is great for 6e - highly reccomended and the coffee very good! For a quick, very cheap basic bed... This will do.

I should have known that a room called 'eco' with wash basin was basically that. It was very, very basic, almost cell like and the hallway smelled putridly of urine. But what more could I ask for 35e per night for 2 of us.

Hotel staff, very kind.

Smelly rooms and corridors due to toilets, dirty blankets. Uncomfortable and stained mattresses. Maybe rooms with private toilets were better, in this case I would recommend it as the location is very convenient.

The room was too small, too cold, it was impossible for us to sleep. The guy gave us an air heater so we made it through the night. The bathrooms were too dirty. The hotel was being renovated. Just dont go there untill the renovation has finished.

You get what you pay for...the hallways and the bathrooms reek, and the rooms are just plastic/concrete. I would avoid this place unles you have no other options

ok for the money, don't expect any luxury though. Free wifi was a nice gesture.

Toliet cleaning just ones a day, Bathroom floor wet and no way to get it dry

Every inch of the corridors had a rotten smell, and the toilet / shower room felt very unclean. There was a sanitary towel on the floor for the whole 4 days that we were there, and the bathroom was signed off as 'cleaned' each day. Really disgusting.
