Location and friendly staff.
The room is a little bit tight.
This is our third time in Paris we have previously stayed in the Latin quarter so this was the first time in the Louvre district and it is a great place to stay, heaps to do, good restaurants, easy walks to places and shopping for those who want to. Hotel is clean, tidy and friendly and the bathroom was modern and great.
The lift is really small if you have big bags (but that is Paris and it is something that we could live with).
Exceedingly helpful staff always ready to help, friendly and insightful suggestions from staff to make best use of time available in experiencing the best of Paris, convenient location, value for money
compact room barely enough for person and luggage
Location! It is on a small, quiet side street, but a few steps from shops and restaurants on busy streets; 2 blocks from the subway and short walk to the Louvre. It's a remodeled old town house with fully modern amenities and a competent, very helpful staff.
The location is excellent, the staff is very kind. The reception runs 24 hs so you can leave your luggage, also print your boarding pass or use the bathroom after checkout. The single room has everything you need for a short stay in beautiful Paris. Its a great choice, metro 2 blocks away, a couple of good bars nearby and le luvre at short walking distance.
Only thing I can say is that the free WIFI is limited to one device per user/pass.
Incredible location (2 min walk from Tuileries metro, 3 min to Pyramides) and very friendly, helpful staff. Facilities were everything you need in a basic hotel, and bathroom was in particularly good condition/ renovated quite recently. Strong, reliable wifi in room. Would definitely stay here again.
Depending on which room you have, noise from the street can be heard at night, however it was not too loud, and I found secure windows shut it out enough.
Great location, close to the Louvre museum and Jardin des Tuileries, very silent area, remodeled bathroom, a few minutes walking to an area with nice restaurants and bars, free wi-fi.
Old style room with old furniture
Very tire hotel.
the location is unbeatable. we walked to everywhere. room size was ok. bathroom is renovated and looks very modern and clean. wifi working great.
the elevator is too small. too much noise coming from the bars near the hotel.
Staff were fabulous and very helpful. Price is superb for the location! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to be central, and well looked after. Wifi was excellent! We are not fussy travellers, but this was the best place we stayed while we were holidaying in Europe and have nothing to complain about!
Central location was great. Close to Metro. Walking distance to Louvre and Tullieries Gardens. Other than on one morning (rubbish run) the hotel was quiet. The rooms were clean (a bit dated but they suited the age of the hotel) with refurbished and modern bathrooms which were clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
The second (start and end of trip) stay saw a very small room and the bathroom here even though modernised was very tiny as well. Unfortunately we had unpacked and used the facilities before we spoke to the concierge who indicated that if we had said something right at the start they would have moved us into a bigger room. Noted for our next visit as we would still stay with this hotel.
Good location, Good price, Helpful staff.
Breakfast could be better.
We were offered breakfast when we arrived. The room was clean and spacious with a modern bathroom. The breakfast room is small but it has a good range of foods. I forgot a special medication and Mr Mourad went to the Pharmacy to explain my predicament. A very big thank you Mr Mourad! The staff are all friendly and courteous . The hotel is well placed for eateries and places of interest. I recommend this hotel.
It was in a beautiful expensive area but it was a very old hotel. Noisy T nite.
Noise at nite
Staff were great, reasonably comfortable bed. Modernised bathroom, smell of baking bread in the mornings. The rooms were dated but fitted in with the age/style of the building. Close to the Louve and Tullieries gardens and metro right near by.
Breakfast could have had a ittle more choice in cereals and types of bread for toasting but was ok other than that.
My friend had stayed here previous and enjoyed her stay, and as the location is so excellent, I'd decided to stay here this visit. Front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, room exceptionally clean, loved the bath and brand new bathroom. Fridge in room and AC if needed. I'll definitely be coming back!
This room was incredibly small, the floor was uneven, inciting sea sick like symptoms. The bathroom was so small I had to sit sideways on the toilet as I could not get my knees under the hand basin. But the most appalling thing was it was not at all clean! Long black wet hairs on the bathroom floor! GROSS!
Only the location
Very small room with very old furniture In the bad you feal like in a box On my arrival the towels were dirty, or looked like they hadn't been changed
Nothing!! Our room was on 4th floor and way too small. Walls were less than paper thick! The morning staff were nice but night staff were not.
Paper thin walls, bed tiny for 2 and couldnt walk around bed at all.
Great staff and good value
Breakfast room small may have to wait for 15 minutes for a table
Even had a fridge! Fantastic location and such a good price! Rooms were spotless and sheets were crispy white!
Stairs - I was on 4th level! Breakfast is just yoghurt and pastries - typical Paris!
Very courteous staff.
- location - bathroom
- construction noise on opposite side of street early in morning (should be finish end of August) - typical french mattress (hammock)
Not able to connect to wi-fi, bathroom was not clean, noisy
