We really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. We would return. Your staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was excellent for our needs. Your rates were competitive and the room well serviced.

Sometimes, if a little later down for breakfast, there was no fresh fruit. However the breakfasts were good value and the staff friendly.

Good location

The location was quite great since it's very near Gare de Lyon...

Room was quite small and the other rooms are so linked that you end up listening to what the neighbour is doing. Good for temporary adjustments though.

Location is good, not too far from Gare de Lyon. Lots of bars and restaurant all around. The rooms are really tiny but comfortable and clean.

Internet was not working in the room but only in the lobby. Tv has only french channels.

The hotel is very close to Gard du Lyon and the Paris metro. There are also numerous cafes close by.

Overall, the room was good. However, the air conditioning was barely adequate despite the just warm weather. The shower fitting was also broken which made showering difficult.

Very comfortable hotel in a quiet area. Friendly staff.

Rooms are very congested Poor facilities

The only thing I must say we liked was the location. The hotel was close to bakeries, grocery, and most importantly metro everything walking distance.

Very bad customer service especially by one of the women recepsionist very rude and very horrible bedrooms truly not for familys.with children. Its more for backpackers.

A good base to explore Paris, about 20 minute walk to Gare Lyon (nearest train and subway station). A good and reasonable cafes and hole-in-the wall diners can be found as well in the surrounding area.

Receptionist was very collaborative and funny.

The location was good, close to the Gare de Lyon.

The grumpy women at the breakfast counter. She has this look of why are people coming here. It was like she was doing everyone a favour by serving breakfast. One does not want to start the day with this kind of attitude.

The breakfast server -- gracious and friendly. Her big happy smile greeted us every morning.

Staff didn't take phone messages. Couldn't open our suitcases, the room was that small.

Wifi is free in the hotel. There was a PC in the lobby that can be used for free as well. Room and bath room was small, but sufficient and cozy. The hotel was 5 min walk from the Gare de Lyon station and the area around the hotel was safe.

The room, hall way and elevator were small. No refridgerator in the room. The streets around the area smelled of urine and were full of dog shit (though this the case all over Paris).
