Value for money. Best to arrive by Gare de Lyon metro stop!!!

It was fine for the $. Probably not the most luxurious hotel this trip but served the purpose.

Size of room

no kettle in room, no english channel tv, besides cnn.

- Room service was so poor - Cleaning lady didn't clean properly and didn't leave any towels everyday - Food and drinks were not available to buy - Location is not too great, have to walk for 15 minutes to get a drink and get food - Overall bad experience. Not worth for money.

Hotel staff very helpful and understanding. Location of hotel ideal for both travelling into city and rail stations.

The price was 50 euros, when we came it became 150 euros ("it was mistake we forgot to write 1 before 50, but we can give you special price at 80 euros") We booked with discount 50% at price 50 euros :(

Nothing, we paid for two nights and left after one and booked into another hotel. we would rate it one out of 10. the hotel we are in now called the Mercure is almost half the price and levels above the prince albert!

room was shockingly small, the bathroom was the worst i have seen in a 3 star hotel (and we have been travelling now for 6 months) the shower was broken and we each had to hold it for the other, we asked for a double bed adn got two singles.....the list goes on. however i will say the staff seemed nice and helpful.

I chose it because of its location near the Gare du Lyon, but it proved to be quite convenient for walking to many of Paris's main attractions.

It has a typically European narrow circular staircase; this isn't a complaint, just a suggestion to be careful when using it.

The people on the front desk were very friendly and helpful for all the day even at the 01:00 when I need a bottle of water. Thanks to them all. The place the otel in is very close to the metro station and very easy to jump in metro to travel in Paris. The breakfast was OK. Not very excellent but sufficient The room was always clean and big enough.

The only thing that made me surprised is bathroom. It is very narrow so much that you even can not fit during taking the shower.

It's really clean and welcoming. The staff were nice and friendly although we did not speak French. We were also allowed to check in earlier than the specified check-in time as we had just arrived from other place with our big baggage. We thought that was really good since we desperately wanted to use the washroom to freshen up. One of my friends left her Blackberry handphone when we left for Italy after we checked out, and we phoned the hotel to ask them to find the phone for us in the room. The hotel staf found the phone and promised to post the phone to us in London. We got the phone back a week after that and felt very grateful.

The only drawback of the hotel is the size of our room which we thought was a bit cramped for three beds to be put in that small room... If the room was slightly larger, our stay would be prefect!

Good value for money. Close to Gare de Lyon station and metro. Also close to Ledru Rolin metro. 15 minute metro ride to most tourist destinations. 20 minute walk to Marais. Close to market. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes nearby. Rooms better than expected. Beds comfortable.

Receptionists are very helpful. Location is pretty good if you are going to use the Gare de Lyon.

The breakfast room staff were charming and good natured.The metro was nearby. It as beside bar with open french windows which allowed one to sitandsmoke a ta table in front of the window. Down the street from the hotel is the route plante, a converted overhead railway line which leads one directy totheBastille, a four hundred metre walk.

Reception had little tourist literature, and less knowledge and advice to dispense.on ourlast day we discovered that the hotel had daily free copies of the international heaald tribune.

Price extremely high (135€ per night) for poor quality. Very small room, very very small bathroom. The room was located on the 6th floor. When we got out of the elevator we were astonished ... the floor was in concrete without any cover! The following morning starting from 7.30 am bricklayers were working to fix the problem. The noise was so loud we could not sleep further.

We really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. We would return. Your staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was excellent for our needs. Your rates were competitive and the room well serviced.

Sometimes, if a little later down for breakfast, there was no fresh fruit. However the breakfasts were good value and the staff friendly.
