I was at the last level of the building and I had a nice view on Paris' roofs. There was a smell of cold tobacco in the room, covered by a painful lemon smell coming from an automatic odorant spray in the toilets. I switched off the latter system but afterwards, an sewer smell came from the pipe of the shower... I opened the window several times during my stay of 3 days, and I survived... An other point : Wifi was disconnected all the time. Quite hard to work with. The rooms are quite noisy and badly soundproofed. When I arrived, I'd the impression to be part of the sex party of the adjoining room... quite difficult to sleep without earplugs! If I go back once in this place, I wouldn't stay longer than one night

The hotel is in a quiet place very near to metro and rer station. The room was cleaned every day. The bathroom was spacious. It's nice for people who want to spent their day outside and come back for a sleep. The bed was comfy as a well. The room was definitely smaller than 20 sq.M. There isn't a mirror in the room. Not enough sockets in the room. The breakfast is very simple.

The room was very clean' the staff kind and helpful. Location is excellent - vry close to metro, shops and a nice market. Desing of lobby and rooms is vrey nice. The room I stayed in was quite small for a couple with suitcases but since I travelled solo it was excellent.

The location was quite great since it's very near Gare de Lyon... Room was quite small and the other rooms are so linked that you end up listening to what the neighbour is doing. Good for temporary adjustments though.

Location is good, not too far from Gare de Lyon. Lots of bars and restaurant all around. The rooms are really tiny but comfortable and clean. Internet was not working in the room but only in the lobby. Tv has only french channels.

The hotel is very close to Gard du Lyon and the Paris metro. There are also numerous cafes close by. Overall, the room was good. However, the air conditioning was barely adequate despite the just warm weather. The shower fitting was also broken which made showering difficult.

Good location for anyone who needs to travel to/from Gare de Lyon and within easy reach of a wide choice of bistros and brasseries. Not too noisy, since located in a fairly quiet back street. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Basic, but clean and good for a short business stay. Although the receptionist said the hotel policy was no-smoking, my room smell of smoke on arrival. Small breakfast room, coupled with high occupancy on the first day meant I had to queue for breakfast for several minutes. (No problem on subsequent days). In-room safe not working (although I was told this was due to a previous client 'stealing the code' and would be rectified later that week).

The breakfast was nice as you could just help yourself, the guy on reception was your typical Parisian but nice enough. The room was clean and a decent size. We were just staying over night and catching a train from Gare de Lyon so it was in a good location for this, it's also not far from Place de la Bastille and Place de la Nation. It is definitely over-priced as it's only a 2 star, you can hear pretty much everything going on in the rooms around you and the shower was pretty awful. For one night it was ok but probably won't br going back!

The only thing I must say we liked was the location. The hotel was close to bakeries, grocery, and most importantly metro everything walking distance. Very bad customer service especially by one of the women recepsionist very rude and very horrible bedrooms truly not for familys.with children. Its more for backpackers.

The people at the reception were fairly accommodating and let us check in upon arrival and leave our bags during the day at checkout. We had chosen this hotel because of its location. Whilel it may be close to Gare de Lyon (only a 5 minute walk), the area around the hotel is not very animated and lacks a good selection of restaurants. The a/c did not work properly and, despite mentioning it twice, it was not fixed during our 3-night stay (and we were not offered another room).

A good base to explore Paris, about 20 minute walk to Gare Lyon (nearest train and subway station). A good and reasonable cafes and hole-in-the wall diners can be found as well in the surrounding area.

5 Mins walk from Gare de Lyon, the entry of Promenade plantée is just in the same street of the hotel (Less than 1 min walk). The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Small room & lift, but that is all the same in Paris.
