Location, location, location...
Dark hallways, scaffolds for construction on the facade...
Location is great, super central. Room is very clean and comfortable
The wifi is very slow, can not get on line on the 4th floor
The guy at the reception helped us a lot. Lovely.
The location is good, walking distance to hot attractions.
Can not make hot Drinking water in the room so it's difficult to have a meal at room because we need hot water for tea and drinking all the time when staying in the hotel. In the other hand, the lift is too small to load more than two persons.
Location is wonderful - the very center of Paris. Personnel is very helpful and charming. Reception works day and night. Rooms are cleaned every day.
Bathroom seemed a bit too tiny)
Good location, a very helpful and friendly starff, also clean.
Serene Environment and also very central
the room at 5 floor was uncomfortable the elevator rich to the 4 floor and was very dificult to go up with the lugagge
Excepte the location is nice.
everything is bad. the room is too small, the temperature of the shower is not stable, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold. the bed is not clean, and you can smell the unpleasent odor sometimes.
The location and the affordability of price. Breakfast is good.
Ventilation is bad on a hot weather
Room is too small and no air-condition.
Good location and helpful staff. We especially liked that we could leave our luggage there after we'd checked out at NO COST. This was the only place we stayed in Europe that didn't charge for that accommodation.
Our only real problem was that the light was out in our bathroom, so we had to use flashlights when showering. We probably could've told them and gotten a new room however, but we were only staying for one night so we didn't mind the trouble.
Location Value for money Friendly staff
Small shower Tired looking Tiny elevator Small range of breakfast
good location ,heart of the paris ,service good .
location, very close to shopping center
room is small, elevator is small, only one charger plug in room
The location, at the backside of Lafayette
The room was very small but the bathroom...was even smaller. Hot, no airco but a fan. Quiet at the inside, window open.
The room and bath is tiny but okay(but didn't supply hair dryer),location is really good one.Breakfast haven't much choice but consider the price is well worth.
The front dest staff Not really good in English communication. It's kind poor help for the guest from other country.
The location was really good. Not far form the Opera metro stop. We felt safe. The room was very basic but since we were just sleeping there, it was ok. Bed was really comfortable. There is a lift, but it's really small.
Bathroom was dirty, mold in shower, drain cracked. Accordion style door wouldn't stay on track so it couldn't be opened and closed without a struggle. Windows didn't close correctly. Upper floor so wasn't much of a safety issue but still.
the location is perfect , so close to lafayette and very convenient to go to airport
the bathroom was a bit blocked
Comfy bed, fairly clean, quiet, really nice staff
Small room & really cramped shower room
The hotel is located in steps away from huge malls (e.g., La Fayettes, Printemps etc) for those who visit Paris for shopping. Very easily accessible from Charles DeGaulle via Roissybus in 45 minutes. There are many breakfast/dining possibilities around as well as cafes/bars and cinemas. The staff were friendly and ready to help if needed. Rooms are small but price is affordable when compared to other hotels.
Since we know before (from the reviews) that the room would be small, we did not bother much. We used the room only for sleeping. So why to pay double the price elsewhere?
Too small, not clean
Excellent value for money hotel choice for Paris. The people there were too friendly and the place was clean. We also decide to have breakfast for two days by paying a relatively small amount of money and i can say that it completely worth it. If i come back to paris again, i know where to stay.
Nothing at all
Friendly staff. Good beds. Possibility to take hot water for tea at the reception.
No air conditioner. We slept with the opend window and it was very noisy. Ask for a room with windows to the backyard. Shower is very old.
