Everything - hotel very very very basic the first member of staff we meet was completely rude the hotel border line clean

Clean room, a little small but great for a night or two. Very friendly staff, great location & calm. A definate plus for a hotel in Paris!

Hotel staff were always helpful and friendly, faclities were good and convenient. The breakfast... Was french. Good location, close to bus roytes that could take younto the Arc de Triomph in a few minutes.

Small, well-appointed, convenient, cheap.

I liked the feel of the Hotel. It did not feel like a generic hotel which could be anywhere in the world. It felt like we were in Paris. We even had a window box with geraniums. I also liked the location as it was a direct 20 minute walk to the L'Arc de Triomphe and then into town or elsewhere and there were lots of good cafes and bistros nearby.

I was disappointed with the scant breakfast so only had breakfast there once and ate out for the rest of the week.

Small room with long overdue renovation. Miserable shower room. Room on the fifth floor and lift out-of-order!

The only one good thing was a good location!

The triple room was made from a double room with added extra bad, there was NO space to move! The elevator was next to our room, so we could hear everyone going up and down!! You could hear everything - you had a feeling, that you are taking shower, sleaping, using toilett with all other guests!!!

Apart from the location in Paris, there is was nothing to like about the this hotel We arrived in the early evening and were greeted by an Algerian born french man who wanted to show us his photos on Facebook of a visit he'd made to Canada. We asked to view the room we had reserved and found it was dusty and malodourous with a window box outside the open window had a dead plant in it along with cigarette butts. The manager became hostile and said we had to stay at the hotel regardless. We requested to see other rooms. In each he argued with us about the cleanliness of the rooms. All were dusty and shabby and in three of the four we viewed there were unpleaant odours of paint off-gasing. We moved out and soon heard the hotel was known to be disreputable within the local area.

Shabby aspect on street. Absence of any hospitalble welcome. Room was shabby and dust lay on flat surfaces. Room had faintly sour odour in spite of open window. The bed cover looked old, shabby and dirty. Viewed three other rooms on other floors with similar results, but in addition found odours of fresh paint off gassing. Manager was hostile, argumentative and not receptive to our concerns about our well being, and environmental concerns with dust and off gassing paint.

What I did not like was that the lights in the room were very dim. Good breakfast, extra price, also served in the room. Lots of hot water and clean towels every day. All in all, a good deal for the price and a very nice neighborhood--- a blessing after the crowded centre.

Very near the Metro so easy to visit views in and out Paris. If not the size of room, I believe it should be valued more than a two-star hotel because of its service.

Personal es muy amable y correcto. La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena con braserías y supermecados cerca. Metro a unas 4 o 5 calles.

La habitación triple era realmente una doble con otra cama. No había practicamente espacio, pero tampoco ha sido un problema.

C'est un super hotel! J'ai aime tout: le personel, notre chambre, l'emplacement, la proprete etc

Personale accogliente e cordiale, confort delle camere, wifi gratuito, presenza nelle immediate vicinanze di ristoranti, Brasserie, negozi. Buona soluzione con discreto rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Alors là c'est vraiment inadmissible !! L’ascenseur était très petit (étant avec une personne assez forte elle a était obligé de prendre les escaliers) les marches des escaliers étaient minuscules. Impossible de poser son pied dessus (donc risque de chute). La chambre avait une odeur horrible !! La wi-fi ne marchait pas au 4eme étage. La chambre de 3 était literalement trop petite ! Impossible d’accéder au prise (qui étaient casser !!!) nous pouvions a peine nous retourner sur nous même dans la salle de bain. De plus les serviette de bain n'ont pas étaient changé une seule fois durant notre voyage. Et les lits étaient sale quand nous sommes arrivé. Sincèrement à 150€ la chambre pour 3 je préfère encore aller dormir dans un hôtel ibis qui est beaucoup moins chère et beaucoup mieux ! Rapport qualité prix = 0 Je remetterai plus jamais les pieds dans cette hôtel !
