The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated, very clean rooms as well. The bus to Gare d`l Est stop very close to the hotel. The staff is polite and helpful. The room is very nicely decorated. We had a perfect stay. There are lots of eating opportunities outside. The grocery store opposite the hotel stays open till mid-night. Direct bus to Champ Elysses. Its is very good value for the money.
Internet did not work for me. The room was small but it was ok as we only came back to sleep. The only thing missing is a water boiler to make coffee or tea.
everything was fine and to a standard expected for the price. bed was very comfortable, shower was also decent.
the walls are far too thin. you can hear everything which is especially annoying when your neighbour decides to watch tv quite loudly from 7-11am.
Comfort bed Very new hotel Clean room Recommend! 8 mins walk to the metro station
The toilet is little bit small.
Everything was perfect, the only disadvantage I can say was that WIFI in fact was available only at the reception
Really nice hotel, newly renovated and in ideal location. The rooms are small but very clean and super comfy bed. We walked to most attractions from the hotel, but catching the metro was also very easy and convenient. Surrounding neighbourhood was also clean and safe.
The rooms are not soundproof so you will hear everything that is going on in the rooms around you. The WiFi is not great. We couldn't get connection on our floor (4th) so we had to go to reception whenever needed to look something up and it kept dropping out all the time.
Clean. Confortble . not far from the center
Bathroom was not privat enough .
Renovated and clean. Beautifully decorated. A great find.
The walls were a bit thin
The spa, the exterior terrace and the size of the room.
Hotel is really clean, convenient to Arc De Triomphe Etoile by taking a bus. Morning front desk staff are very nice, patience in explaining direction. Free wifi in room. Small mart 1minutes walk from hotel which makes it rather convenient to get things if needed.
Hotel is rather difficult to find, located in an alley. The lift is very small and can only house 3pax. Rooms are very small, especially the toilet which are difficult to move. Have to call the front desk for the air condition to be on almost every day. Couldn't open our room door one evening. Poor customer service, requested for baby cot for 3 days and did not get it. Was told in the morning by the full-time staff that they will arrange, but at night was told by the temp staff that either they don't have a cot/ can't find/ need to contact the full time staff. But we did not heard from them at all after that. Check-in really late at night and was told we could not get hot water until the next morning, but actually we can from the basement.
Staff didn't speak English very well. Restauration was going on during my stay ao it Extremly noisy during the day and there was dust everywhere in the lobby area
Great location, clean rooms, nice staff!
If you are traveling by car, please skip this hotel. You will be looking for sparking space for the whole evening!
I spent 3 nights there. Primarily to attend a concert. It's a nice, clean hotel with good transport links. As a woman travelling alone I needed to feel safe at night and I definitely did. Nice Shops and cafés around.
No fridge. Not really important if you're eating out. The walls are a bit thin but it didn't affect my sleep.
The location The comfort Helpful staff
Location and size of the toilet in the bedroom. Breakfast poor value
In walking distance to most locations. Great local bars. Hotel staff friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Clean and tidy throughout. Fresh feel to room. Awesome shower.
good location- shops and cafes nearby, quite close to the metro station where you could easily reach all the main attractions, nice, clean and cosy room with very comfortable beds, an elevator in the building, free wifi, nice staff and reception opened for 24/7
quite small rooms
Still undergoing refurbishment but this was not a problem. In a nice spot and looked typically Parisian from the outside. Desk staff spoke excellent English and couldn't have been more helpful to us. A nice area, felt safe. Room & bathroom a bit small but well decorated and bathroom facilities very good. All things considered, would stay there again.
A bit noisy (could do with soundproofing rooms) and no fridge or facilities to make a drink in the room.
Locatie, staff en de kamers.
10 restaurants in 100 meters from the hotel. No bums around. Good green zone in 300 meters for jogging. English speaking reception. Upgraded rooms.55 EURO/day in July...
Thin walls. No kitchen or even a tea set.
Professional, welcoming and helpful staff; Centralised and clean. We would 100% recommend the venue to other travellers. Thank you for a great time.
Clean modern room, excellent wifi, location, the staff were lovely and very helpful.
Nothing, very happy
A good hotel. Still renovating the lobby but the rooms are great. Rain showers, comfortable bed and duvets. AC. Small but for the price in Paris excellent. About 5 mins tube station and about 20min from centre/attractions. Seemed like a safe area, very quiet even gone mid night.
House keeping missed our room on the first day. AC is control at reception but they will adjust it for each room.
Lovely renovation. Bed was very comfortable, duvet and four squishy pillows. Nice bathroom, shower, toiletries. Nice location although a little quiet. Many restaurants closed - maybe due to holidays.
Renovation continuing in lobby. Room a little small. Air con is only controlled by reception so with really cold or too hot. Location a little far from metro. Wifi ok but not great.
Bed was very comfortable
Little bit out of town
Clean and new room Very good location very close to the train station and 10 minute walk to subway stations
Very thin walls, it sounds like the neighbours are in your room Bathroom needs towel hook
