Triple room was not like the photos on website, a lot worse, decoration of the room is awful, cleaning of the room consist of putting the dust under the bed; staff not knowledgeable about the area; electronic key always deactivated (staff knows it and can do nothing).

C'est le deuxième sejour au Prince Monceau. Rien à redire. La femme de ménage est entrée sans frapper et sans prévenir dans la chambre à 11h !! Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas (il reste au maximum).

Acceuil jour et Nuit Vérifier la chambre avant paiement final! Je me suis fait berner en Réservant une chambre double sur me Net, une fois arrivée , on m'installe en chambre twins! Surbooking

L'amabilité du personnel disponible et prêt à aider. La décoration de la chambre est réussie. Chambre très petite, mais pour 2 nuits cela suffisait largement. Ne conviendrait pas pour des voyageurs avec grosses valises...

Chambre cosy mais trés petite, les photos du site ne correspondent pas vraiment à la réalité, en tout cas pour notre chambre.Nous avions la plus petite au vu des plans par étage! Il existe des bien plus grandes! Literie confortable. Chambre propre par contre la douche problème de moisissure tant sur les murs qu'au plafond: un peu limite! Mauvaise insonorisation! La situation géographique et les prix sont corrects. Honnêtement pour dormir c'est correct, les prix promo sont relativement intéressant pour Paris. Notre but était de profiter de la ville en ayant un endroit pour dormir.

スタッフの方が親切でした。お勧めの観光地や道順など丁寧に教えてくれました。 清潔感がなかった。ホームページの写真と随分違うように思いました。 値段が安いので仕方ないかもしれませんがアメニティが全くなかった。

“Balmoral has a nice location. Staff is very friendly. The room was small but very clean, it was quiet. Metro and RER station is 1 min from hotel. We did not use breakfasts in the hotel, but the was a mini-market opposite the hotel, and the supermarket 5 min away. Actually it is the place that I would recommend.” Maria, Moscow |
