Location Rooms too noisy. Too much traffic on streets at night. Need to double glaze their windows or something to prevent the noise from the streets. |

Our family room with sea view terassa and the breakfast (till 11a.m.!!!) was very good. You can get Monaco by bus N100. It will cost just 1Euro and will take 30 min. Our room didn't have a refrigerator. |

The location was convenient for us and the breakfast excellent. We ate in the restaurant twice and enjoyed the meal on both occasions. Bar/garden service was quick and staff were pleasant. Both the rooms had attractive views though the one with mountain view was a nicer room than the more expensive one with a sea view. We enjoyed the longish walk along the seafront to the old town, but it could be a drawback for some people. Hotel's locked carpark is not very conveniently located but was useful as the free parking outside the hotel was mostly full. |

Hotel looks great and is by the beach which is nice - a couple of kilometers walking from the city center though. |

The hotel has a number of family rooms on offer and these were very spacious. The hotel decor needs to be refreshed. The breakfast room(s) are too small at times when the weather is bad and everyone wants to eat inside. |

The hotel moved me to a different room upon request. The new room was fine with a view of the sea and I was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and available. Everything was very straightforward. The first night I had a mountain view room and it was very noisy due to the busy road outside. The breakfast was uninspiring and very over priced. It was a bit of a walk to the old town and main area of Menton, this was fine for me but could be a problem if one didn't like walking. |

Friendly hotel, very pleasant staff. Breakfast, although expensive was good, terrace overlooking the sea. We chose half board after failing to find a good restaurant in the town on the first night and didn't regret this. The food was excellent. Our room was rather small and there was a lot of traffic noise from the busy Promenade. |

Reasonable value for money in an expensive town. Beds too short and pillows most uncomfortable. Breakfast expensive. Parking is a gamble but we were lucky. |

We took a room with balcony ,sea view and we were happy with this because the panorama is excellent, hotel is very close to Monaco and if you take the bus number 100 you coud be in 15 minutes for just EUR 1 in front of the Grand Casino in Monte Carlo . There are no many restaurants in Menton, but the restaurant in the hotel is enough good. Perfect breakfast with great service. the hotel is a bit tired |

The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a room with a little balcony overlooking the sea, which was just what we had been looking for. Not really, though the restaurant was perhaps a little disappointing in terms of ambiance - perhaps more suited to summer dining al fresco |

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. In particular we enjoyed our meals at Le Petit Prince. The food was very good and the service from Rafael was exceptional. He really made us feel at home and looked after us very, very well The staff did not replenish the tea, coffee and milk in the room each day resulting in late night trips to the bar to obtain milk for the following morning. |

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Excellent food in restaurant. The bar didn't act as a meeting point in the evenings - needs a different layout. |

Reception staff, free bach towels, hospitality tea tray very noisy traffic, impossible to sleep with open windows, booked sea view but did not know that sea view would come without a balcony. |
