Staff was very kind and assisted a lot. And the room was always clean and the cleaners daily take care about it. The view from the window was awful. In front of my window there were some garbage thrown by other persons living in the hotel from upper floors. There was a nest of peageons in front of my windows and their shit was stinking everything around and nobody take care about it. This didi not allow me to open windows and inside it was very very hot and sleeping was close to impossible. I was just trying to go to the room when it was time to sleep. |

There is nothing to like in this hotel. except the metro is at the door step All the both room fittings are bad. Doesn't seams to be a 2 star hotel. |

The price only The hotel had not been accepting my credit card 2 days because of the disconnection from the bank. It is the worst hotel I ever been. The first receptionist whom I paid didn't make a stamp on the bill, the second tried to get money from me once again next morning. That problem takes from me 40 minutes. They should have replaced the furniture. |

I liked it most when I was away from the hotel Filthy, poor part of town, small undecorated rooms with dirty walls and mold. Toilet seat falling off and light sockets broken. |

it was cheap the elevator was really small and we were traveling with two, two year olds and an infant. But strollers would not fit on the elevator at all. |

Friendly, accommodating, nice light room. Convenient to shops/restaurants, nice reception area, did not see cafeteria as it is only open 7am -10am. Would have liked some refreshments in the afternoon and evening without going out, as I was on my own. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, no english tv, no lounge, stair carpet a little worn, decoration old-fashioned |

Located next to a metro station. The bathroom smelled terrible. I could not even go in it to use the bathroom, shower, or the sink. |

The only good point is that it is extremely close to the metro station, just next to the hotel. The receptionist (the young guy without glasses) was extremely rude and the hotel always forgot to refill the toilet paper. |

Really close to the metro "Porte de Montreuil"(but it takes 20 minutes from the center of Paris to that station). I found this hotel the lowest price on booking.com that time. They provided us with showering jels and towels.(free) 1. The hallway to my room was filled with smoke. 2.The blankets were old. 3.The bricks on the floor were broken. 4.The walls in the bathroom were dirty. You get what you pay for, since I'm on tight budget, this hotel somehow is ok for me, but for some customers, I'd really suggest you find another one, this hotel is absoloutely not a 2-star hotel, it worth no star. |

I liked the friendly and helpful staff. Also, close location to restaurants and the underground (metro). Rooms are too small, you do not have room for your luggage, everything is small and crammed, even the elevator - it says elevator for 3 but 2 can hardly fit! But the same applies for the Belgrand, another similar hotel we stayed at in Paris - so maybe elevators are small in Paris in general. |
