Hipotel Paris Printania  

It was not clean at all! Old furniture with bathroom in very bad condition and not clean.

It was next to a mcdonalds and a metro stop.

The staff speak and understand english until you want help or to complain then suddenly nobody understands you. The room is a lot smaller than the photo. The desk with the kettle is not placed next to a plug socket so had to be moved but it then blocks access for walkin round one side of the bed meanin I had to climb over the bed to get to my side. Once moved to the only available space with a plug socket the cable does not reach. Had to ask for extension lead from reception. Also only paper cups was provided so not suitable for making hot drinks. The bed was hard and the pillow was lumpy. No proper duvet just a fleece throw with a sheet cover. I wasnt expecting a luxury hotel for the price I paid but these are basics!!. I made allowances for all of the above after hours travelling and carrying backpacks I was just glad to have a room for the night but I draw the line at cockroaches in the bathroom!!!.

The hotel need to be renovate ,all the rooms need furmigate ,i saw lots of cockroaches and bugs in the room and also the toilet is very dirty

The location is a convenient to travellers on public transportation. Metro and Tram station are literally outside of the hotel area.

The noise of the intersection are really loud even at 4 stories up and the pillows doesn't really offers any support.

Location, Price and service

There was a sewer-like smell coming from the bathroom without any use.

The price is really good.

The room is very small. The toilet was really rubbish, the drain was broke and clogged, so our floor was all time filled with water.

Staff tried to fill the gap of hotel facilities.

Actually that was not hotel I beleive that was an inn! Very small and not acceptable bath! In general it is enough to write that is a chinese hotel! with arab staff.

Nothing!

The shower and bathroom were one foot from one another. Moldy everywhere! Absolutely dirty hotel. Felt like the rooms were put together from a thrift store. Literally disgusting and very unhappy with our stay.

Very good location, a few meters from metro (subway). Staff very nice. Kettle to boil water for coffee and tea (included).

No small fridge. Bed not best quality. Must be a nightmare in summer as no air conditionning.

Modest hotel, clean, friendly and accommodating staff, excellent proximity to public transportation, nice value for the money in comparison to higher priced Paris hotels.

Attendant was nice. 5 Meters from metro station. Central area

My wife wanted to leave immediately. Elevator too small. Needs painting. Very small room we had to move the bed when we wanted to lay down and again when we woke up. You get the feeling that it is dirty anywhere. Sheets were clean though. General feeling that the hotel is abandoned.Would not recomment to couples.

Location

The weather, which kept us out of the room. The Metro, next to the hotel.

We were shocked about the room: extremely small, the parquet broken, the doors and the walls in very bad condition, bathroom - you rather not go in, all the furniture very old. The staff disturbed by our late arrival, poor french speaking, very few information about parking around the hotel. We had to ask two times for a invoice, they seemed very "disturbed" to provide such a thing.

The night we arrived the reception was a chaos. A guy on the desk chating informarly with friends, cables and stuff laying all around the desk... It didn't look ok. I was my first bad impression. Later on the staff at the desk changed and it was better. In resume... the relation cost/benefit is not good. I've stayed at better places in Paris for the same price.

The staff was very friendly, professional and very helpful, 10 out of 10 on that The bed was made everyday, and fresh towels provided also on a daily basis, which was nice. The hotel is well located, right across the tube station.

the bathroom really lacked cleanliness - the rest of the room was ok, i obviously didn't expect a 5 star hotel treatment for a budget hotel price, however the state of the shower was really really not nice (mould, scale that was so bad it prevented the water from being drained properly, smelly disgusting shower curtains that reeked and probably hadn't been washed in quite a while). That was the only downside (quite a big one in my books), but overall the stay was alright.

I enjoyed my stay at Hipotel Paris Printania. It was warm, the Staff were friendly and the food for breakfast was good too. It is also ideal for the Metro, I would definitely book there again.

Perfect location just opposite the tube station, it was absolutely great. There is a little caffee and boulangerie with great croissants and huge sandwiches, so you can start your day in a good way :) Hotel itself is clean and ok. There is no parking facility, although that info is shown on the webiste. You can park your car on the carpark - 20 Euro per day, about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, so it is not too bad.

Water in the shower could be a little bit warmer.

very dirty, noisy and the bathroom was way too small

Not too much, was way overpriced for it's location, the area was not nice at all, did not want to be outside at anytime. Elevator was tiny and scary to ride in, constantly thought it was going to break down. Room size was ok, bathroom wasn't very nice, hated having showers. Room was freezing at night.

First of all it smelt so bad and it's so faraway from all the interesting places to visit in paris

The main building and the stairway looked as if they were under construction even though they weren't, but the room itself was clean. It was close to a Metro stop.

The staff wasn't very friendly. The walls were super thin with loud traffic all night. Had to pay separate fee for use of Wifi. The location was an ugly part of Paris.

Everything is very bad in the hotel, staff not friendly, not helping, will give you the worst room The rooms are not clean at all, and not comfprtable Not recommended at all
