The location and the breakfast service
The receptionist was rude by saying to me that I was training him as I was speaking my English in the way they don't expect, I said I am British don't expect me to speak like others but British
friendly staff Warm room cheap price
bad smell in the shower. small elevator. Old and thin pillow.
the lication is great , the staff are helpful, we went on december and the room is warm, hot water all the time, next is a tram and metro stations, a great Bakery Cheap and yommy, also mcdonald's (great for free wifi) a shawerma and a chicken resturants Good value for money
the bathroom door right accross the bed which is not good Small room but ok for sleeping The bathroom smell , also the all bulding, but not so bad and it is clean they also gives you an Air Freshener So it is ok
Nice locations top of MacDonalds, close to stations and shops
Location is only ok, but the staff is very professional, pleasant and spoke english. (a huge plus)
It was very filthy, blood on the sheets, cookroaches. Three weeks later I got scabies. When I wrote and complained they did not reply.
There was NOT a single thing that was OK.
There was a disgusting smell all over the place. It is really, really hard to stay in the room. You have the feeling like you want to vomit all the time. I got a cold the third day and I could still feel it. The blanket was soooooo dirty and had some very “suspicious” white stains on it , the sink was clogged…. The wi – fi was not working. This was the most terrible experience I have ever had in a hotel. The price was fine for Paris but I would definitely pay MUCH, MUCH more not to have such an experience any more. It’s just not worth trying this hotel. The staff is impolite and always busy.
Ubication is good
Dangerous, extreamly unhealty, I had healty problems before I left the place, many bugs hit my akin, I have to pay 100 euros to a doctor to healing me. Dont go! Travel safe ! The cheap turns expensive!
Room was very dirty .Bathroom and toilet disgusting.broken light bulbs on bedroom floor .Breakfast was not good
Nothing at all, only bed cover was cleaned.
dirty floor, dirty blankets, narrow lift, bad smell, price is different than it shows in website for example they add city tax. Wifi only in 1 device.
Staff was nice. The hotel was very close to the metro, tramway and restaurants.
The area is quiet noisy. Wifi is not free.
Metro station 20 meters away from hotel
The rooms are incredibly dirty, full of dust, administrator wasn't politefull
all the rest!
Clean towels and made beds every day.
Quite small bathroom, not very clean walls and carpets.
Next to Metro station - useful. Bed was OK.
The bathroom was full of black mould, toilet filthy, whole room unclean. We had to buy bleach and deturgent and spent one hour cleaning. when we arrived we had to wait until 6.30 pm until we were allowed to access the room. Staff could not care less. Paint peeling everywhere, carpet unclean.
The bed was fairly comfortable.
Water damage and mould on ceiling. Ceiling leaking while we were staying in the room. Cleanliness was awful. No heating so cold room. Terrible price for what you get. Never again.
the room is look diffirent from the photo and not valid for the price .
After saving up for months and looking forward to our holiday in Paris, we booked 3 nights at this hotel, based on the pictures displayed on this website. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the room was absolutely filthy. The walls were filthy, the bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, there were faulty wires and to top it all of there was a HOLE IN THE BATH. We quickly checked out the next morning and left as fast as we could. The hotel refuse to give any refund/compensation for the room, despite only staying one night and the horrendous condition of the room. We tried for 4 weeks to get refunded, but booking.com's customer service was poor and they accepted no responsibility for the deceptive photos on this website. AVOID THUS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. It has been distressing and upsetting having an ongoing complaint to no avail, and I will not be using booking.com every again in the future.
Availability of restaurants (specially Halal), Right in front of Metro
The double room has barely enough room to walk.
Right on Metro line.
Shower was dirty and didn't drain well. One twin bed had a support under only 2/3 of the mattress. Very loud at night with sirens and motorcycles..no a/c so windows had to be open to stay cool.
There were a lot of bedbugs in our bed. There was dirty mensunderwear in our shower we came there. When we told the people from the hotel they didn't care and told us to wait for the mamager the next day. We also had to pay 28 euro for the wifi while it is free and de cleaning lady kicked us out of our room at 11:00 am while we were allowed to check out at 12:00 am. So overall a really bad experience.
cheap. nice location. lots of restaurant nearby (halal).
noisy. thin walls.
