Score from 368 reviews Very good
Right on Metro line.
Shower was dirty and didn't drain well. One twin bed had a support under only 2/3 of the mattress. Very loud at night with sirens and motorcycles..no a/c so windows had to be open to stay cool.
cheap. nice location. lots of restaurant nearby (halal).
noisy. thin walls.
I expected to be good hotel ,But I was wrong,The hotel was also with bugs and it was old in a bad neighbourhood ,If I was you I wouldn't recommend you to go there
Rude staff, bad smell throught the hotel including the rooms, the Bathroom was not clean and smell awful, uncleaned bed, the elevator is unsafe, the photos are not real with reality, Disgusting Hotel, Area not Safe and unsecure
The location was good and the stuff friendly
The room was not clean and it needs renovation
no A/C, very small, somewhat helpful staff.
i have told couple of my friends about it, Its the best hotel for me. love everything about it. close to everything
close to the Metro and the stuff spoke English as my French language is a bit poor to communicate. The reception gave us nice information about the tourist places (how to get there).
there was a leaking in the bathroom and nobody cleaned the room the next day. Nobody to help carrying the luggage. No place to keep the luggage.
The hotel was near to the subway but was quite a long ride to the center of Paris.
1. This hotel had paper thin walls and windows so you could hear everything. The room we were in had the waste water pipes next to it so every 10 mins there was the sound of someone flushing the toilet. 2. The beds were terriblely old and sunken in and to make you feel like a child they had plastic sheets. 3. The shower curtain was about a foot short of the shower base and didn't hang within the base so every time you had a shower the bathroom flooded (there was no drain) and required mopping up. Not somewhere I would ever stay again even if it was free.
The location was good
The receptionist was one of the most obnoxious people I have met in a while. The room was full of mould to the point of being a genuine health hazard. Scruffy.
Thank you for The reception workers, they hospilality and Service are very excellent. And they Given äs City Information. Keep up on that.
Littel Problem on this Hotel is cleans. Let be Control in seid The bedroom and aut seid in The floor.
Close to Metro
Bathroom not clean and in poor condition, no shower curtain so water wet the whole bathroom.
NOTHING! way far outside of Paris in the fartherst corner. Run AWAY do NOT book here.
Facility was disgusting! I Let the reception desk know the shower was filthy and was told they would send somebody up. I asked to change rooms and was refused. The young man tried but it was MOLD. There was Boogers or Feces on the wall. RUN AWAY FAST! Rude uncaring people at desk.
Below hotel McDonalds for coffee 50m away metro station
1) We have arrived found bugs on the bed and left the hotel (I have received money back - after 1h discussion with clerk) 2) bad neighborhood - not feel safe at all - feels like ghetto 3) car parking about 1km away - need to walk through this neighborhood 4) don't walk outside after dark.... 5) very dirty reception, room, toilets... it was first time where 5min after checking in we had to leave - due to feeling you can get sick in this room... if you have cockroaches good know what else you can find there.... wouldn't stay even if I'd get payed for it STAY AWAY !!
The bed bugs i did not like...
Staff were rude and disrespectful. Guy in the lobby was sexist and sleazy. Bed had dirty sheets, the room was filthy. Looked and smelt like it hadn't been cleaned in years. PLEASE AVOID.
Fantastic location to the metro/subway and food areas. It was easy to go round Paris, good staff also.
Wifi was not free and it was somewhat poor..
I liked the location. It was close to a metro that goes directly to all the top locations.
The beds were uncomfortable and the matrices were bigger than the actual bed. There was a slow and expensive wifi service. It's a dangerous neighborhood at night.
Service was poor. Staff rude. Facility poor. Lift is a death trap. Avoid unless it's your last resort
Water pressure was good
Mold in the bathroom, toilet didn't work great, mattress was too large for the box spring, no AC, definitely in the ghetto, didn't feel safe as soon as I left the front door. Dirty. Elevator didn't work and we were on the 6th floor. Noisy, bring earplugs.
The hotel was dirty and It smells really bad, and it was very expensive
This place is right next to a metro station-- the easiest way to navigate Paris. We overall loved our stay. This hotel isn't hospitable, but it has charm.
Well... This hotel is sort of horrible. We came back to our room the second night and found that our door had not been closed completely by the cleaning staff. The place is literally falling apart. Roaches, bed bugs, you name it! And I'd rather eat my own vomit before I stepped on that floor with a bare foot. The Oberkampf metro station would have been a nicer, safer place to stay the night.
room was very dirty.smells like someone smoked in the room.the bed sheets had cigarettes burn on them.
It was very dirty The room smelled like faeces and urine The toilet wasn't even cleaned before and the 'new' towels were placed in the toilet bowel There were mice and cockroaches in the vicinity of our room The paid internet we bought did not even work and when I asked the staff about the problem he told me to go away and it's not his problem AVOID AT ALL COSTS
