Location for me was good as I was attending a Trade Show close by. Friendly staff.
WiFi was poor and cost additional
The location of the hotel is awesome, bus, tram and metro are very close. Easy access to the famous tourist spots. Many food choices around the hotel. The window view from the room was great. Payment prior the stay was not required, only credit card was requested to validate the reservation.
No free wifi - upon requesting for wifi, the personnel at the front desk did not seem to care weather or not the connection would work fine from the third floor where our room was - only words from him were "it should work, contact the administration if it doesn't" - good thing it worked - 15euros for 72 hours. No breakfast included with the room. Upon arrival (around 1pm), no one was at the front desk, only a staff cleaning the floor who barely spoke any words. Some personnel at the front desk at night are not friendly - refer to wifi request above. The radiator in the room was not very strong.
No free wifi..
The whole exp is bad
Almost everything starting by the staff treatment to integrity to room standard to value for money
About a 10 minute walk from the fair, the area has restaurants and services. Comfortable room and bed.
Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. Sometimes a bit difficult to find front desk staff available.
The window didn't close, it was freezing. There were rodent traps everywhere. The shower rail was broken the room was tiny. Asked for a twin room was given a double. Horrendous experience avoid this place at all cost!
Ridiculous to pay 8 euros for wifi internet in 2014 and also Only hot spot in the reception..not renovated for ages for 75 euros without breakfast is a rip off..2 stars is a compkement for such hotel
location, walking distance to Paris Expo
Not working computer to check in, because of same problems they moved me to private appartment opposite the hotel. Bed without blanket, everything dirty. Bathroom horrible. I have pictures if you want... Never more.
WIFI costs 8Euro/day but you hardly will get stable online for longer than 1 minute.
The behaviour of Moroccan receiptionist Mr Ridha Smaali over the phone and face to face as well.
The worst hotel I have ever visited in my life.
The only reason one would stay here is because of its proximity to Potres de Verseilles
I paid nearly Euro600 for 2 nights and when I asked for the wifi code, I was told that one had to pay for this. The room in pokey, in a horrible state as is the bathroom. It is noisy and the beds and pillows not particularly comfortable. Breakfast, which is charged extra, is in another hotel across the road and represents the poorest experience I have had in over 20 years. The choice consists of ham, Babybel cheese and butter and a choice of baguettes or bread rolls. You are only allowed one plate so if you go for a horrible-looking croissant, you have to deal with the Babybel wrapper still in your plate. I saw the waiter dust off a plate used by a customer and used for the next one.He also left items of cutlery used by customers to be used by others. In today's day and age, this represents the worst in hospitality and the owners clearly capitalise on the location and milking it to the detriment of the customer
Amira, one of the personnels was really kind and helpful. She could speak English well and she always didn't lose the smile on her face! I really loved the service and wish I can book this hotel when I go to Paris again.
Location is fine.
A little can be done to bring this place up. It seems that staff don't have a clue about hospitality. Avoid if you can. Only book if you are stuck!
A couple of nice shops and cafes a block down from the hotel.
We were told to leave 7 euro deposit for booking taxi back to the airport. The hotel kept this money and the taxi driver did not know about it. Very irritating and a real cheat!
The reception guy was rude and disinterested. The room was tiny billed as a triple. The lights wouldn't switch off in the room, the door didn't lock properly, the wifi was expensive and didn't work.
Proximity with transports.
Cockroaches in the room
1. Welcoming and helpful staff at Reception Desk.
1. No kettle and fridge in the room. 2. The pillows too soft and to recommend to put extra pillows 3. Blanket too old to replace with a new one 4. Breakfast not many choice preferred buffet breakfast with several choice.
Price. We did not take breakfast at the hotel.
Desk clerk at night was incompetent. He could not tell us how to access the WiFi even though we paid for it. He also got our reservation information wrong. Clerk had to constantly go across the street for information.
Good location about 7 minutes walk to the closest subway station. Good price considering the prices in the area. Close to some restaurants and stores.
The room is very very small but that is not a big deal, If you want to have extra sleep you can't the cleaning personnel is knocking at your door telling you they can't wait and even trying to open up the door. When you are doing the booking it says that it has wifi, but once you get there you have to pay for it, 8 euros for 24 hours, and.... Only one device, if you log in with ur phone, forget your laptop or else, you have to pay another 8 euros for it. And they don't tell you that.
Very close to Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles. Welcoming and helpful staff at Reception Desk. Value for money in Paris.
Very rigid times for breakfast - would be good to extend hours to 10:30, especially at weekends.
Metro station was about a 10 minute walk away. The maps provided at front desk was very helpful.
Staff was not helpful at all when we arrived, seemed very rude when we asked questions, and completely ignored some. Also on website they said child under 6 would not be a problem as long as we did not need an extra bed. When we arrived he seemed shocked and confused. The receptionist that's suppose to be at desk 24/7 like it says on website, was never there. Rooms were very small! The room we reserved said that we would have a full bed and a pull out couch bed. There were two two twin bed and no couch bed and we had no room to walk. We had no walk way to walk from the entrance door to the bathroom! We literally had to climb the bed to get to the bathroom! The room I would say was not clean, there was holes and black dirty spots all over bathroom. They had no hand soap in bathroom. When they came to make beds in morning, it seem like they just threw sheets over bed and were done. They provided towels, some half the size of a regular towel, but not sure how clean they were, when we used elevator to come and go we would see them on the floor in the elevator, along with trash bags. They never changed our sheets the 4 days that we stayed. I would not recommend this hotel, unless you are just one person and want only a twin size bed, and just need a place to sleep, then you might get a room with walking space. We also paid for wifi for three days, but it only work for 1hr.
The hotel was really durty, the room was not warm The reception man woke me up at 7:30 am to pay the room, because he was finishing the shift, the sheets were looking horrible, the bads also. I payed 105 for 2 starts hotel, really a mess
