EASY ACESS TO METRO
NO ELEVATOR AND STAIRS
Location: the hotel is located near two subway stations and about 15 minutes (on foot) from the Eiffel tower.
- The room was very small and dirty. - They said the bathroom is outside the room, but they didn't mention that the toillet is at the third floor and the shower is at the second floor. - The toillet walls are moldy - The shower is very very small, you barely can move. - The blanket and the towels was dirty, probably stained.
noise not clean
- 10 minutes on foot to the Eiffel Tour - clean neighborhood - nice shops - nice bars, fast food - 150 m to the metro station - good reception
- poor room - stinking blanket - wooden broken noisy door - lot of noise, i could hear my asian neighbors speaking in their room, and people walking on the stairs
There was no wifi and they kept telling me they would fix problem soon! There was foul sewer smell in bathroom
We recommand this nice hôtel. A véry good position in the heart off the CHIC district off the 15ème in PARIS. The métro in just near the hôtel, restaurants, bars... The hôtel is a véry familly hôtel, and we recommand it !!
pas d'ascenseur... No lift but it s a familly and nice hôtel with good welcome.
Good location near to shops and 15 min walk to the eiffel tower
The place was run down, dirty, felt very unsafe, the shared toilets were close to breaking and you could only wash your hands when you got back to your room, making all door handles feel very dirty. We were interrailing and it was easily the worst place we stayed at. Would not recommend.
Nicole and Kamel were super helpful. Always smiling, available for any inquiry. The access to the city is amazing, there are plenty of caffe, bars, shops, restaurants and facilities around here. Wifi was ok, a very comfortable place excellent value, highly reccomended! Merci beaucoup!
the day time staff was okay, but the night time staff, which is a short guy was SO RUDE!!!
- comfortable rooms - very good cleaning staff - helpful staff
cheap,great location,comfortable bed,good food nearby
Staff is very nice
Small room Very noisy, thin walls so you hear everything the neighbors are doing all night Too small shower, on the hallway btw. I paid 39 euros which was a discount and the actual official prices are higher and one can find something better for those prices.
The day employees were extremely nice, the location amazing, shower in the room even with the toilet shared.
No elevator, several small defects in doors, plugs, sheets, etc
clean and cheap
too few showers for many rooms, internet in my room wasn't working most of the time
There are a lot of problems with WIFI.
reasonable bed, good location for transport
Rude night staff. Pretends not to speak English when you have a problem, i.e. No Internet! But after complaining to Booking.com suddenly he can! Internet does not work properly. Would not accept amex even though it was used to reserve the room! Breakfast is yesterdays croissants and bread even though there is a lovely bakery 100 metres away> Go out for breakfast... Be sure you are fit, there are five floors with steep stairs.
Too noisy, the walls do not isolate at all. You can even here when people next room receive a new message in Whatsapp. The internet doesn't work properly. Quite old and not so clean
Good location, cheap for Paris
Only one shower between 50 odd rooms and the light kept going out whilst in the shower, and paper thin walls
There was only 1 staff which is receptionist and he was not listening anything.Really bad service.
Excellent location. Near a few stations. Just round the corner from Eifel Tower. Definitely go there at night and take some wine or some beers. Pretty cheap for Paris.
I was on the 6th floor (there's no lift), which is ok, but not fun when you arrive with a suitcase/luggage etc. Additionally, hopefully they have sorted it out by now, but the Internet didn't work for the two days that I was there. I asked the staff after the first day, and they said they had some connection problems, but that they had called someone, but it never worked during my stay. If they sort out the Internet, then this is a great low-budget choice.
location: almost near to the center.
Tooooo smelly smoke. When we entered to our room, we found it full of smoke and just opened the winodow for 3 hours,,, but no works. Once, I called the staff for the internet problem (NO INTERNET), he answered me in a very impolite way and just cut my call.,,, There is no internet in this hotel. it was really difficult to carry my baggage for 4 floors with very very narrow stairs. no bathroom in our floor... I can say for almost 20-30 rooms, only one bathroom...
Great location for walking to the Eiffel Tower and food if you don't mind paying a bit more to eat. Good for metro as well but pretty much anywhere withing the city is good for metro.
Staff was a bit rude. Room smelled a bit but I guess for the price it was alright.
the hostel is situated not far from Effel Tower, 15-min walk, and right near metro, so if you want to reach some distant districts of Paris - it's not a problem. The rooms are clean (staff cleans it every day) and the value is good for such money (the price was realy low and the nice man on the reception even made a discount for us). It's a good choice for travelling.
The location of the hotel is very bad. It is so far from the city center and around the hotel, there are many drug sellers, thieves and other bad things. When we enter the hotel, in the hall, there was a dirty underwear on the ground, everywhere was very dirty. The rooms door was not safe. We couldn't even lock it safely. That's why I couldn't sleep easily. Bathroom is very dirty and closet doesn't have cover. I can't even call this place "hotel","hostel" etc. Sleep in the street instead od sleeping in this hotel.
