The reception was closed between 12-4 which sometimes made it tricky to be in contact with staff. But only a very SMALL thing

Very central and parking was easy and safe. Staff was amazing and rooms were kept clean every second day! Amazing experience!

Located in the university area and easily located by our taxi driver. About 15 minutes easy walk from the rail station.5 Minutes walk to the marina and about 10 minutes to the town centre.Bathroom was clean and very good.Free use of pool and gym room.

Sofa bed was good but squeaked on every movement. Considered the charge for breakfast excessive.

There was absolutly nothing provided in our appartment essentials wise, had to buy our own salt, oil, butter, herbs etc. which was a bit dissappointing, especially because we were only staying 4 nights!!

The location was excellent only 400m to the harbour where you could take a ferry across to the main part of the city.The street was very quiet and the parking at 10euros was very secure , necessary when carrying expensive cycle racks.The room allowed us to self cater for breakfast so it saved both time and money.

There was no wifi signal even though it was supposed to be available.

We liked the location as it was near the Port of La Rochelle which is surrounded by cafes and is very near the main shopping area.

The studio apartments consist of sofa beds only.

New hotel with modern efficient feel. Fantastic location with very pleasant walk to old port. Supermarket and other services are very close. Good access and plenty of street parking. I can say enough about the reception staff, very pleasant and helpful. They were the icing on the cake of a fantastic trip.

The underground car park was terrible - covered in a thick layer of cement dust which got everywhere. Very unpleasant. The room was very small. I could have stayed in a hotel and got more value for my money. The plug hole in the shower was blocked so very difficult shower.

Twenty minute walk to the old town

The word studio in the room description means no bed just a sofa bed. Not big or comfortable, if you want to relive your student days that’s fine. If you want a bad nights sleep and a bad back it's guaranteed, but at least you could use the fridge or cooker from the bed. Check was late 16:00 hrs, but the rooms were still not ready we had to wait in a corridor for nearly an hour. Of the three rooms we used, one had a missing toilet seat, and one the shower did not drain. One room overlooked a marine scrap yard. Staff not helpful.

The apartments were well set out and clean. Good value for a short trip to La Rochelle.

This is a very basic facility, ideal for a short stay. Excellent location, just 5 mins walk from the centre of la Rochelle. Very clean and quite well equipped. There is a small supermarket a couple of minutes away and a large free car park but it does get full in the late afternoon/ evening. Overall, a very good ( and quite cheap) place to stay for a short city break. La Rochelle is awash with restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartments have wifi.

Nothing that we didn't like but you have to be aware of what this is, a basic room, a bit like student accommodation. The bed is convertible setee but non the less very comfortable. We stayed two nights and it was absolutely fine. We' d certainly use it again. What this isn't is a luxury hotel.
