The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Good cooking facilities.

Noisy neighbours first night. Couch uncomfortable.

The staff were lovely, the apartment was very clean and spacious and although the location is not great, it is central and the hotel (and parking) feels very safe.

Great value and mostly friendly staff.

Some walls need painting. No instructions on how to use various appliances, which was frustrating. Also, no usuable can opener.

The apartment was excellent. VERY comfortable just the right size for 3 would have done 4 but "cosier" . Looked as if it had recently been refurbished. Staff were friendly and helpful and the spa etc looked nice- we didn't use. Was very quiet when we there no traffic noise but maybe in the height of season it could have been a little noisy from other apartments ? Would thoroughly recommend and will be looking for other appartments in the privilege group for future stays.

The hotel was spacious and this included the apartment. We had a full kitchen, so were able to prepare our own food when we liked. This is important for a family. The spa was a good addition, but a covered pool would make it more usuable. Staff were very helpful. Lidl and Carrefour very close.

Breakfast at 16.00 Euros was too expensive for us. 4 Days at 16.00 x 3 is nearly £200! Street people with dogs meet up after a hard days begging, right outside Lidl's, and there is a night club which was noisy on Thursday night. Toulouse people enjoy tobacco too much!

Lovely place to stay right between the main rail station and the city centre - five mins walk each way. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. The little kitchenette in the single room apartment was well enough equipped and we would have used it if we had stated longer. The balcony was nice although too chilly for us to use this time. We did use the outdoor pool which was very pleasant even with cool air temperature. Good sauna too. The reception area is attractive and spacious. The staff were friendly and the breakfast good. Would stay again.

Suggest they look at the layout of the sauna as it would be easy to fall onto the coals!

Room layout, there was no toilet at lower level, no wash basin in a toilet at upper level, poor quality and sound protection of doors

Separate toilet and shower was unusual, but I understand this is European style. Breakfast was expensive at 16 EUR (we didn't purchase)

Comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, well equipped kitchen, close to shopping areas, secure parking, very helpful staff.

Only one mirror in whole apartment, in the bathroom.

Modern design appartment hotel Location near lot of restaurant and shops. Excellent conform, nice size room for europe. Room balcony with table and chair. Nicely arrange pool area. Breakfast buffet not bad. Parking always a plus for europe.

Location near train station, so border redlight district

De kamers zijn supernetjes en ruimtelijk. Het is er heel stil. En het appartement-hotel principe vonden wij heerlijk. We gaan er zeker terug naartoe als we in Toulouse zijn.

Wij hadden 3 dagen van de 4 slechts lauw, echt lauw water om u te douchen maar zeker geen warm water voor een bad te nemen. Er bleek een defect te zijn in het gebouw en dit euvel zou opgelost worden maar helaas niet wanneer wij er waren. Maar verder was het superverblijven daar. Een aanrader!

Spacious room. Very comfortable. Only a couple of blocks from down-town Toulouse.

Entry through external door was problematic. The need to continually login for Internet access.

Space and pool

Cleaning staff not always great.

The staff were overwhelmingly helpful. THe room was immaculate and very comfortable. Very central and easy to walk to centre, but felt very safe, like and oasis. We travelled at the end of November and used the heated outdoor pool and sauna, which was fantastic.

Very clean, friendly staff and a great location. The hotel is set back from the road so it was very quiet.

A wonderful place: good position, 5 min walking to the main train station, 10 min to the centre, loads of restaurants, bars and shops around, free underground parking, free internet, good spa facilities, large rooms, great staff, good and inexpensive breakfast, clean, quiet and very pleasant. Would go back any other time without hesitation

The rooms were cosy, clean, with super fast internet. Beds are very comfortable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and keenly ready to assist when required. The breakfast was very fresh, quality produce, and nicely presented. The location was quite good for an apartment hotel, offering convenient onsite parking. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We found the apartment excellent for our requirements and the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English which assisted us considerably. The location of the Hotel to the station and restaurants and shops was great. The bed w extremely comfortable. It was very handy to be able to use the laundry.

Great apartments tucked away nicely off the centre. Everything was within 5min walking distance.

The two bedroom apartment was ideal for two people looking for a bit of space. I like being able to park on site. The decor and amenities in the apartment is a great alternative to hotel accommodation. The staff were very helpful, and accommodating. We very much appreciated the attendance of English speaking staff. Love the microwave, dishwasher, iron, hanging space etc.

The apartment is apparently for u to 6 people. Omg, you have to be kidding me. Small lounge, one bathroom - I don't think so... The carpark is very difficult to navigate - v small spaces. T would have been useful to have manuals/ directions for the use of the dishwasher and stove in English. The machines have a couple of quirks.

Modern, spacious, comfortable and attractive with top quality bedding and towels. Lovely staff who spoke English. The kitchen was functional. We had come from Australia and had been travelling for a month so were grateful for the facilities such as being able to prepare our own food and use a properly equipped laundry. Also has a large pool and ample parking.
