The renovated residence is located in a quiet district, not far from the liveliness of the city centre. It provides air-conditioned apartments, only 80m away from the sandy beach and 300m away from the shops.

Enjoy all this seaside resort has to offer.

Cancellation

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.

Extra beds are not available.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Hotel information

Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:
Beds made up for arrival.
Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment.
End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up).
Cleaning kit.
Television.

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.
Highchair.

Room information

In addition to the listed facilities all apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, a vacuum cleaner and an electric coffee-maker. A phone and television are available at an additional cost.

Cost includes:

• Accommodation.
• Sheets.
• 1 pillowcase per person.
• 2 dishcloths per apartment.

Important information

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays, from 10:00 to 12:00 at Sundays and from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon.

Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

L'emplacement vraiment pratique. Plage et sncf.

Le trie au niveau des ordures ménagères, pas clair du tout.De plus le
local poubelle n'était pas bien agencé.

privacy, dicht bij strand en centrum. studio was compleet gerenoverd. had vaatwasser,magnetron, keramische kookplaat en koelkast.

t.v. tegen betaling. parkeergarage was erg krap.

La localisation est parfaite dans St Raphael

Le lit était extrêment dur et très inconfortable, de plus quand il pleut de l'eau tombe sur le climatiseur extérieur faisant un bruit métallique très important dans la chambre difficile de dormir dans ces conditions

Un très bon accueil, informations fournies claires et précises. Autres points positifs : sa situation à proximité du bord de mer ainsi que l’équipement du studio, très fonctionnel et agréable à vivre, silencieux.

Le parking avec une seule voie de circulation pour la et la descente un peu étroite.

L'hotel est proche de la mer de tous les commerces, et de la gare.

Hors saison il est facile de se garer en revanche ce n'est pas forcément
le cas en saison.
