Location, clean rooms and facilities were good.
On checking in, lack of staff, problem with using credit card, connection was not made and we were felt to feel it was our fault. So have cash available, not good for any hotel, staff not interested and did not try and resolve issue. Language barrier, very little English
Clean and functional Good breakfast Helpful staff
Way out of town spartan decor and furnishing.
Breakfast and dinner next door was value for money, good service and lots of parking at the door. Good shower.
Small room, but adequate
Booked ahead and happy with rooms. Drove to Chartres in the evening, not far but too far to walk. Perfectly good place to stop for the night.
excellent value, good parking, easy to locate, just as I expected
weird bath! great to have but you can hardly sit in it in comfort
Very clean, helpfull staff, basic but comfortable.
Clean and does exactly what it should.
Long wait for breakfast.
Very good as usual
Breakfast was not upto it's usual standard. Food was not topped up, so some items not available.
Quiet location Perfect distance from the centre of Chartres Price Clean bedroom and bathroom
No temperature control. It was a warm night and the room got very hot. Room a bit small for three people.
Comfortable, clean, friendly welcome. Breakfast was good value for money in a convenient location en route to the Dordogne.
The location is close to town . It had free parking. The receptionist was friendly and proficient .
The room which was exceptionally Small. The bed very uncomfortable with now extra pillows. The window swings open on to the bed so you can either open the window or go to bed but you could not do both at the same time. All of this meant a very bad night sleep.
Hotel very clean and lady on reception very helpful.
Breakfast very uninteresting. Had to have evening meal at Novotel next door, ok but pricey but no where else to go unless you drove and after a long journey this is not what you want to do.
Clean room, breakfast was good and site is very close to city and outside highways.
Very suitable to our needs.
Quiet comfortable overnight room at a reasonable price.
Tired decor, ageing fittings and one employee trying to do everything..
Comfy, good value.
Location, but expected for the price.
Lack of receptionist on a Sunday.
Room was compact, it had what you needed, large car park
Had to go across to the Novotel to get keys at 1030 at night, room smelt smoke, breakfast has a very small selection
Economical, free parking, comfortable and clean. Easy access and user friendly.
Wifi is rationed: 4 hours of slow wifi free. If you want more or better wifi you have to pay.
Twin rooms. We are two very old friends travelling together and found it difficult to find hotels with twin rooms. This surprised my friend as he finds a lot of couples prefer to sleep in separate beds. In Nerac we were forced to each take a double room!
We had intended to visit the city centre but found the hotel a little inconvenient for this without using the car. Apart from the quite expensive Novotel hotel there was nowhere near to eat! For a place to stop on a longer journey the location would be very good
Excellent value for money, spotlessly clean and a very reasonable breakfast for the price. Plenty of free parking is a bonus and it is only a short drive into the centre of Chartres.
The room was quite small for two of us, little space for our suitcases. No air-con in our room and it was quite a hot day.
Good location with various options for food close by.
Signposting for hotel could have been better
The secure parking Nearness to bus service for Chartres centre Free pets welcome
Seemed a bit mean with the loo paper
Not far from the city centre, very friendly staff, a very reasonable breakfast for the price. This is a budget hotel, but excellent value for money
This hotel is not a hotel but a bawdy House. Its nothing but a cheap stop over for prostitutes and drunks. Its a dump, the beds are stink, the bathroom is filthy. The room is like a chicken coup. The wifi stank it does not work. The price is over rated and its a really nasty place for anybody to stay. The rooms which says non smoking stinks of not only cigarettes but marijuana. Its a nasty place. I have since found campanile that are great value for money and clean lovely friendly staff and really nice rooms.
