Loved the bed! It was a convenient meeting place for a river cruise we were taking.

Hotel is excellent! Wifi is Excellent Breakfast is really tempted especially with Nespresso!

The Car Parking available next door but there is no special discount to customer.. Bad Impressive for Pullman Have to Q to breakfast, very very awkward for Pullman

Seven steps down to enter hotel lobby. Lobby entry area is too dark due to carpet color. Bathtub sides too high. My wife could not use it safely. Too bad they don't have rooms with showers.

The Shower. We stayed for 3 nights. Cold and Hot water came out, freezing or burning your skin. We told them but nothing was fixed. We got wrong information from the concierge about opening hours of Relais de Venise Restuarant .

sometimes too much care during breakfast (I do not understand why it is required that personal is placing guests to tables, check on entrance would be enough)

The upgrade offered on arrival

The journey from the airport to the hotel. More information could have been given on the shuttle service available opposite the hotel direct to the airport. Ok leaving but there was no information given about it so we could have used it on arrival. It would have saved us 1.5 hours journey time and a lot of sweat and hassel.

i like higiene and quality and pullman have and i have to tell i had been in pullman dubai i must to say in dubai have exellent quality but paris is not bad

Very good location, nice room and very comfortable queen-size bed! Wonderful view from romm's window for the Paris buildings.

Breakfast was ok but poor and not so variable. The bartenders from drink bar next to reception wasn'n proffesional - they didn'n come to tables to get the orders.

Convenient to rail links.

The prices for food and drink were extremely excessive which can be seen by the empty bars and restaurants.43 Euros for 4 beers.32 Euros for main course. Rooms very hot and difficult to cool down.

Bar was shut by 11.30 on a Sunday - stunned. Lifts were a total pain Cramped and busy b-fast area

Friendly and lovely service helped me upgrade my standart room to superior without additional payment. I received room with good view on Paris from my window (23 floor). Room was clear and included all facilities. Breakfast was good. Many thanks from me and my wife for all hotel staffs.

Music channels on TV.

Well trained and helpful staff. Close to Montparnasse station. Good sized rooms.

The heating could barely bring the room up to a reasonable temperature. Very poor selection of channels on the TV - one might almost think they wanted to force you to buy their movies. Room service menu is uninspired and lacking in quality.
