1. close to metro, food stores, pastry shops and park kitchen and bath were not clean, ventilation outlets were filthy and walls in bathroom need to cleaned, no change of towels, shady chartacters in front of hotel during the evening hours |

short walk to the metro smelled like mildew. The parking garage smells horrible and was a pain to get in and out of (even w/ a compact car). No direction/assistance from signs to the hotel. Hotel is in a run-down neighborhood. Looks "seedy" at night. |

Although not located in central Paris, it was only a short walk to the metro. There were security codes for the door and lift which made it safer. The reception was manned all the time and the staff were friendly. |

Excellent had a 2 bedroom instead of 1, think they up graded us which is always great! Generally very good! Always clean towels! Bathrooms could do with tiding up a bit, extractor fan that works & clean joints on tiles etc |

we thought we wee booking a room so were delighted with the apartment! Cheap for the size & city! Huge balcony. In a residential area, not touristy. Rough groups of young locals.No vehicle access to building. |

the place is well equipped there is no air condition also no regular cleaning we found the room clean but during the 5 days nobody cleaned the room or provide towels or the consumables in the bathroom |
